Fantastic weekend in Boston

The property was easy to find, conveniently located. We had a small issue with parking which was resolved immediately. The place is clean, airy and modern. I would definitively stay here again and recommend it to others.

Good trip

The owner was responsive to concerns, specifically that we could not open the curtains. The place was clean and well located, spacious with huge TV. Two bathrooms which is great, one toilet didn't work at first but we got it work. All in all, a very nice time.

Clean and easy place in Quincy

Perfect spot for our weekend event in the Boston area. Easy in/easy out. Great communication with host. Secure parking. Plenty of conveniences just steps from the door.

Convenient and clean for a quick visit!

Stopped off in Quincy on our way up to Maine. I'm a motorized wheelchair user and some of the sidewalks near the apartment were pretty tricky to navigate, but we made it work!

50th High School Reunion

Perfect location for us -- very secure, quiet, safe, and close to where we needed to go. The apartment was roomy and clean, with a well-stocked, easy-to-use kitchen and a supermarket right across the street. Great bathrooms; washer and dryer, and a comfortable living room.

I would’ve liked an earlier check in time, the pictures of the unit I booked wasn’t the unit i had, but over all it was a nice place to stay in a good location.

It was not the same unit as shown in the pictures on VRBO but it was in the same building and similar. I felt like I was in a college apartment. It was minimally furnished and equipped. There were only 4 stemless wine glasses as the total number of drink ware. A couple bowls and plates, maybe one knife. Five bath towels in total. The windows have paper blinds that are held up with clothes pins. The ice maker didn’t work. The WiFi password has a “.” at the end. Easy to miss when trying to sign in. Property host ignored 3 texts and a phone call before he responded. I’m glad it wasn’t a crucial issue that we needed a response asap from him. The place could be very nice with a few amenities added but I would not recommend it to anyone currently.

Wonderful Location!

We stayed at this Quincy apartment to watch our daughter run the Boston Marathon. The Quincy Subway Station was about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Directly across the street was a well stocked grocery store and a Walgreens pharmacy. About a block away was a Dunkin Donuts and Burger King. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a minimalist/modern flair. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud and the “in-house” washer and dryer were very convenient. Our dogs loved the ceiling to floor windows and the indoor garage was especially nice with all the rain we got. Green space was limited for the dogs but there was a dog park about a 5 minute drive away and we found a couple on nice parks a short distance away. Definitely 5 stars! We would stay again if we returned to Quincy.

The Worst Host and a few other issues, but decent (not good or great) overall.

First off, we stayed in a different unit than the one shown, which shouldn't be acceptable by VRBO standards. It was clean but not at all "luxurious" (IKEA furniture is not luxury). There were a couple of broken items and when I notified the host that I couldn't send pictures through either the Android app or the website, he stopped responding (on day 2 of a 5-day stay). There aren't enough towels or drinking vessels and all the artwork was sitting either on the floor or on the backs of the toilets. The internet speeds were also poor (too slow to stream video without buffering). Had the host been more communicative at the start, these might have been alleviated, but when he stopped responding, I gave up as well because it was still livable.

Quincy apartment

The apartment was beautiful. It was clean and had most of what we needed. The rooftop deck, balcony, social room, and indoor parking were a nice addition. I reached out to the property manager several times about a broken toilet, no extra toilet paper, and WiFi access never to hear back. He did respond when I asked about A/C. Bedside lamps and two extra bar stools would be nice to have.
