Great location, clean, comfortable, convenient, responsive. Have a plan for parking before arriving if you’re driving and it can be tricky to locate at first. We enjoyed our stay.

We really like this place (3 seniors) very convenient to all of our needs We drove and were concerned about parking. As you have to park on the main road . If you drive finding the the contact you need cellphone access or internet for WhatsApp .Would definitely stay here again

Placencia get away

Great location in the heart of Placencia. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The house feels very private and secluded even though it is near everything.

Location and space

Perfect location. Plenty of room. Comfortable. Love the sound of the palm trees blowing in the wind just a couple of minutes from the water

House is great. The only thing missing is access to a pool (seaweed and jelly fish this time of year made swimming in the ocean not awesome).

Nice new home

The house was so nice to stay in and the location couldn’t have been better! We are so close to town, the beach and the sidewalks for shops and restaurants. We were only three, supposed to have been four ..so the space and accommodations were absolutely perfect for us. The outside front porch was so nice to have to sit and listen to the birds while relaxing with coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful home.

Belizian escape

My spouse and I have visited Placencia previously, staying in a smaller 'cabana' with limited privacy and amenities. We decided to spend a bit more of our kids' inheritance and get a 'flat' closer to the beach and the tip of the peninsula. The Flowers' rental was largely insulate from foot traffic yet nearby everything. Beautiful adorned with hand-made furnishings in both bedrooms, and well-crafted, functional baths (2). The AC (3 units) was wonderful; kitchen functional although a bit shy on anything beyond picnic dishes (in case guests wanted to step-up the service a bit ....); great refrig and range; wi-fi was strong and never faltered; streaming TV was functional but we were unable to connect with our NetFlix, Britbox, or other streaming services -- probably due to Belizean presence. YouTube was all there ... you need only plug in your UN/PW. Laundry downstairs, along with a usable grill. All in all, very pleasant, good value-for-money. Our 'Flowers' hostess, 'Jesse', was punctual, polite, welcoming, and not hovering. Our downside(s) were largely personal: a 'resident' Rostifarian had to be dismissed from sleeping under the apartment our first or second night; property trees could use a bit of trimming to minimize the rubbing branches on roof during winds. 'Small potatoes ...' as we in the Midwest like to say. All in all, good value for money and extremely friendly, hospitable folks.
