Wonderful Vacation

We had a beautiful Spring Break because of the accommodations and open communication with the host. The property was clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the pool very much! We want to go back!

Wonderful Home in great location.

This home is a great place to spend your time and located in the perfect area to launch any daytime getaways you may want to experience in the local area. It is located in a quiet and friendly residential neighborhood. You can walk the neighborhood completely safe and you will be greeted by the super friendly people living there. The area is very quiet. We got up early and watched the wildlife every morning with our coffee. An Osprey visited the tree directly behind the house to eat its breakfast every day we were there. We also had a few ducks swimming in the canal and some turtles along with other water fowl. There are four kayaks available for your use also. I never used one before and had a blast cruising the canals. I got to see some iguanas close up while using the kayaks. They are quite balanced even for a first time user. The only negative thing I can say about our entire stay is that I did not know we had to pay the electric separately. We were notified by the manager when we got there and signed the contract. I wish VRBO would have put that info in the advertisement for the house. Although, this is also the first time I rented a whole house from VRBO and it makes absolute common sense the renter pays electric while they are renting the unit. I am only putting this info in my review to help other first time renters. I recommend renting this house to anyone looking for a wonderful family getaway.

We had an incredible stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and communication with the host was always prompt and helpful. The house itself was super clean, and the well-maintained property felt very private and peaceful.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the heated pool was a highlight of the trip. To top it off, the sunset was every bit as amazing as the pictures promised. Highly recommend!

Manager was very nice and very quick to respond to any query at anytime ! Property was lovely clean,fresh and a delight to stay in, photos could not start to explain how nice this place was. Managers name was Brigitte , very nice person , huge thumbs up 5 stars :)

Schönes Objekt, gut gelegen, leider Herausforderungen mit Vermieter

Wir haben im November 2 schöne Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Schönes Objekt, gut eingerichtet und im Norden von Cape Coral sehr gut und ruhig am Kanal gelegen. Leider wurden uns Schäden am Mietobjekt nach Abreise vorgeworfen (Lack-Abplatzer, Abnutzungsspuren an Möbelstück). Die Lack-Abplatzer waren zum Beispiel bereits auf der 3D-Roomtour sehr eindeutig ersichtlich und damit schon vorhanden. Nach ausführlicher Stellungnahme unsererseits erfolgte leider keine weitere Stellungnahme der Vermieterin. Schade!

Thank you for your information. I will check why you have not received a response to your comment. Upon arrival, you signed a check-in and informed us that there were no damages. Upon departure, unfortunately, these damages were present. The 3D tour shows the gaps by the three drawers (which we did not note), but not the paint damage. The 3D tour also does not show the damage to the bed.

Nice house

The house itself is beautiful. It’s very spacious and clean, has a very nice pool, and is on a corner lot so you get some privacy. We didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool though I’m sure it would have been enjoyable. I was hoping dogs would be allowed to swim, but upon arrival we were informed that they are not allowed. Unfortunately I feel as though there were a lot of rules and we almost felt too concerned about following the rules to fully enjoy our stay. I also felt like the neighbors were keeping an eye on us and that we were being monitored. I’m sure it would be nice for a small family looking for a place in the area, but due to the rules and high pet fee we won’t be staying here again.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, I do not understand certain statements. Why couldn't you swim in the pool? We are not aware of any problems with the pool, why didn't you call us? Also, I do not understand the statement with the rules? Correct for dog owners, there are instructions. Dogs / animals are not allowed to swim in the pool for hygienic reasons. Furthermore, we ask that the animal does not sleep on the furniture and in the bed. Again, this is for hygienic reasons. I am sorry that you felt that the neighbors were watching you.

This place was everything they said, the privacy and and very clean home was just what we needed in a vacation. The pool is where we spent most of the time and it couldn't of been any better. Our 2 dogs 🐕 had the best time as well and they loved it. Highly recommend and you won't be disappointed

Wir haben drei Wochen in dieser Villa verbringen dürfen. Sie ist top sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und man sieht von jedem Zimmer aus direkt ins Grüne. Die Kanus sind toll für eine Erkundungstour der Kanäle. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und es hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

My wife and I have stayed in multiple homes through VRBO in the Cape Coral area. I have to say the cleanliness and privacy far exceeds other locations. If you are wanting to relax and recharge this is the place to do it. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The kitchen supplies everything you need and then some. I can't put it into words how much we appreciate your home. We both have very stressful and demanding jobs and when we left, we felt like new people. We would love to stay in your house again.

One thing I will start this review off is by saying that the pictures of this property don’t do it justice, in the best way possible. A beautiful home that’s even more striking in person, we adored our two week stay here. From its placement at the corner of a canal of 3 waterways, you’ll never know what will drive, swim, or float by while relaxing poolside. We saw boaters, fisherman, and lots of wildlife, so there were plenty of ways to explore nature while in your own private oasis. The inside is very nicely painted, decorated, and arranged. Very nice accent pieces, coupled with stylish yet comfortable furniture made this a comfortable stay. The living room area is wide open with a very large TV with great internet and cable options. The natural lighting that comes in from the pool area means that you don’t really need to turn on interior lighting until nightfall. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could basically need to cook or entertain. Loved the gourmet cutlery selection available, as well as separate plastic and glass sets of dinnerware and drinkware. Beautiful glass dining room table is great for entertaining, or for working. Good countertop space, dishwasher, large sink, and lots of cookware and food storage selections allows you to cook and store leftovers without having to run out to buy these items at the store. It was only 2 of us, so we didn’t experience the smaller bedrooms, but each came well equipped with their own TVs, Echo Dot Tableside speakers, and comfortable beds as well as extra closet space. The master bedroom was more than spacious with another large TV, king size bed, ample dresser storage, as well as an on-suite bathroom, shower, and master closet with even more dresser drawer space. The walk-in shower was nice with plenty of space and good water pressure. We spent a good amount of time on the Lanai pool area. Nice patio dining table was great to work outside and enjoy meals while taking in the weather and scenery. Pool was a great size, with lots of chairs to lay out on, and a handy drying rack for towels and bathing suits. We didn’t need to use it much, but the 2-car garage had ample space to park, and houses pool toys and kayaks to help enjoy your stay with. Overall, I could go on and on, but this was a wonderful house to stay in for a week or longer. Next time, we’ll enjoy it with more guests, but this was more than enough for our family and 2 dogs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home!

We had a wonderful time during our two week stay at this house. It was exceptionally clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The pool was warmed ahead of time to our desired temperature which was very kind! The location of this home is excellent. Very quiet area and lots of privacy with it being on intersecting canals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very lovely home. The home is very nicely decorated and had more than enough room for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen is supplied with very nice dishes, pans and utensils which all looked to be new. The pool area is very nice but for us the weather did not cooperate so we were unable to take advantage of it. The neighborhood seems to be a little older area but was very quiet and private. We would definitely consider sta5here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us
