We were visiting for UGA Family Weekend. This house was just awesome. It was very spacious for a family of five. The beds were super comfortable especially after getting worn out walking all over campus. The host was very quick to respond to my questions. We have certainly found our spot for at least the next four years. Thanks for a great stay!!

ONLY-downside was this place was a bit musty smelling
The dehumidifier was working overtime! The king bed was SO COMFORTABLE and sheets were extra soft!! We came for my kids soccer tournament
 we would stay here again!! Bigger than I thought too!!

We love staying here when we visit Athens. Great property located close to all things Athens. Landlord/Property Manager is very accommodating and responsive. Property always has bottled water, snacks, paper towels, and Tissue!

Clean, lots of space, great location.

In town for a swim meet. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and nap in the afternoon. Clean and lots of helpful supplies. Great neighborhood. Enjoyed hearing the roosters down the street when I was getting in my car in the morning.

overall good

this is a well equipped place that is very convenient to the university as well as the east side. It had nice amenities and it seems like a nice street. It is nice door to a school so I do not know how that would be as I stayed in summer. An antenna would be nice for local channels, but I am finding properties do not do this. Lastly, it needs insect control, but this is easily fixed and not a reason to pass up this place.

Another Great Stay. Convenient to UGA.

This is our second time to stay. We had a long weekend due to an event at UGA. Property is close to UGA and downtown. Very quiet and clean. Kitchen is well stocked and owner is very responsive.

Attention to Detail

I was amazed at every little detail accounted for. From coffee creamer in the fridge to games, water, snacks, toiletries, all made available. If you tend to leave anything at home, you will not have to worry. If you are the most organized person, you will still be amazed. Easy entry, unbelievable exit process, basically, just leave and we will take care of the rest.

One Night Stay

Perfect spot for a quick stay. We needed a place in between Atlanta and Augusta for a quick stay. The check in process and overall communication were great. The house had plenty of amenities to make it obvious the owner knows what they are doing with VRBO - coffee, water, snacks, towels, soaps, etc. Location to Athens was just a short Uber away. Thanks for the great stay.

UGA Parent

My Family and I stayed at the property over the weekend. We were in town to visit my daughter who is a student at UGA and attend a UGA Gymnastics Meet. The property was in a great location a short commute to all things UGA and Athens. Check in was convenient. The home was a great size and had everything you could think of you would need for a few nights stay to include complimentary bottled water, plenty of towels, comfy beds and board games for the kiddos. We will definitely stay again. Thank You.
