The blowup mattress had a leak and was replaced promptly the next day which was greatly appreciated, everything else went very well and we will stay there again if available!

This condo was perfect. It was perfectly located within walking distance to shopping and hiking/walking around the river and everything else we did. We could see the mountains from the front windows, what a view. It had all the amenities you would need. Just bring food and clothes because this place is stocked with everything you would need. Love that it had king size beds, it was roomy, well decorated and clean. I would highly recommend this condo. We will be back.

Very nice, comfortable place

Very nice, clean and comfortable place. Very close to downtown and the river. It is also close to many hot springs and hiking trails which we enjoyed very much. This place was stocked with everything we needed! I would stay here again.

This unit was very clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Check in and check out were a breeze. The location was a quick walk to town or down to the river, and a short drive to lots of amazing hikes and sight-seeing. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Great location!

We needed a place close to the surf hotel where we could take care of our granddaughter while her parents went to a wedding. This was perfect. The location was half way between the hotel and downtown. Everything was in walking distance including a park. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for us. We would stay here again.

Great place, great location!

Really liked this place and would definitely stay here again. Super easy booking and check-in, communication was flawless when it came to directions, door passcodes, and wi-fi. Place was clean and well stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. This 2nd floor condo is within walking distance to the river, a few great hiking trails, lots of restaurants, a great bike shop, a watee sports shop, etc. Highly recommend this place! Kudos!

Wedding Weekend

We needed a place to stay in Buena Vista for a family wedding. This place was beautiful and close to everything! No complaints really - just an FYI that the walls are not very thick, so noise between units can be a lot. Not sure if the neighbors had a party one evening or their TV was just REALLY loud, but we could hear everything. Thankfully that was only the case in the living room/dining room - the bedrooms were quiet! Really lovely unit and the management company was super great to work with!

Great getaway close to restaurants and the river park

We wanted to show our friend from Seattle the fun location of Buena Vista. This was perfect! We have stayed in other units in this complex, but this was by far the cleanest and the most well stocked with supplies. The balcony and Adirondack chairs were lovely. The towels were fluffy and soft. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of spices to cook with. We used some of the reusable containers to pack a picnic, so that was lovely. The ceiling fans helped cool things off when we opened the windows after being gone hiking for the day. The location is perfect. It is one block off the main street and therefore quieter but within walking distance to great restaurants and shops on Main Street. It is also close to the river Park. We like to watch the river surfers as we walk down to the Eddyline Restaurant near the surf hotel. The local manager sent a text to check in on us and it was nice to know that there was a local contact if we needed anything. We didn’t need to contact them because everything was available in the unit. Highly recommended!

Our stay was pleasant, and the unit provided what we needed for our weekend trip. However I'm very frustrated by the model of charging >$100 to clean the unit and also requiring us to do a handful of chores before checking out (garbage, linens, dishes, etc). These were sneakily communicated to us when we received the check-in details after our reservation became 100% non-refundable. Seems a bit excessive when we were already paying more than we would have at a hotel that doesn't require us to clean or pay a cleaning fee.
