Sunrise Cabin Lakefront Cottage 2 étages à étage unique

Sunrise est une cabine de deux chambres entièrement équipée au bord du lac, idéale pour des vacances en famille. Elle est située au sein de notre Shore Acres Lodge et offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour créer des souvenirs à Big Bear. Cette maison a une salle de bain complète dans chaque chambre, et le salon confortable et la cuisine équipée sont assis au milieu. Des accessoires de cuisine et des équipements de base sont proposés, avec une cheminée à bois, une petite table et des meubles confortables pour votre plus grand plaisir. L'immense terrasse avec vue sur le lac et sa superbe table de pique-nique et ses meubles de patio extérieurs se trouvent hors de la salle de séjour. Juste à l'extérieur de la cabine se trouve un barbecue au charbon intégré pour votre plus grand plaisir. Sunrise a vraiment la vue la plus spectaculaire sur Big Bear, faisant de cette maison le choix idéal pour votre prochaine escapade à la montagne!

Our goal for our stay in Big Bear was to totally relax and unwind after a stressful several weeks. Our cabin was the perfect escape. We hope to repeat this experience in the future.

the cabin and stay

Maintenance in the bathrooms is poor the carpet can be steamed cleaned and the cob webs cleaned and upgrade internet. But the feel of the cabin was great.

We are not showing that you communicated with us during your stay about these issues. Otherwise we would have happily sent out someone to assist. We strive to make all of our customers comfortable. I loved the location. Location was as described right by the lake. The place had everything we needed. And they responded to all my questions very fast.However, we couldn't use the chamny as it says it is damaged. The check out is at 10:00am and the check in at 4:00pm but they don't do much cleanning as the pleace wasn't very clean.And they asked us to leave it clean and take our trash. Also, if you do not like pets or are allergy to them, I don't recommen this place, as it has a lot of pet's fur everywhere; specially in the livingroom; which is small and furnitures are old and dirty, we couldn't use it, because of that.

Very cozy

It was a good location and very cozy. However, there was a bit of sand/dirt on the beds. We had to shake the covers. When we arrived there was beer on the window sill. We arrived really late so we did not think of contacting the managing company but I'm sure they would have helped with some extra bedding. They also need a boot tray to help whith the weather dirt or provide a mop to help us clean up while we are there. Small things but overall we are thinking of going back for the summer.

Great location

The only thing that was nice about this property was the location. Having the view of the lake from our living room window was amazing. The wifi never worked the entire weekend. We could not get through the vacation desk number they gave us. The sofas were really dirty. It had no dishwasher.

Super sorry that we were unaware of your wifi troubles, we would have loved to assist via text, email, or phone number given at check in however maybe this was missed. Also we have replaced the sofa but unfortunately do not offer or advertise a dishwasher at this location. At any rate our team is looking forward to the opportunity to host you again for a better trip next time!

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
