The house is perfectly beachy! Great for multi-families with each room having its own bathroom. The house has everything you could possibly need. Location is great too, you’re at the beach in only a couple of minutes. We could also easily park 2 large suvs and a pickup along with a golf cart. Would stay here again for sure!

Perfectly beachy is exactly what we like to hear — thank you for the review! We're so glad the ensuite bathrooms made it easy for multiple families to share the space comfortably, and that the home had everything you needed. Good to know the parking handled the whole caravan too, golf cart included. We'd love to welcome you all back anytime!

Great Beach House

Great property close to the beach! We all fit comfortably and was easy with small children to get to and from the beach.

The house is very well maintained and spacious. It is conveniently located near the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The pool was too cold for swimming so I can't say much about the pool. The grandkids and adults enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic property!

This was one of the best properties we've stayed at in Port A over the years. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was so cute too! It was just a great stay! The fact that each bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom was amazing for our family. The location was terrific too - right up the road to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants.

Over exceeded expectations

This property with the provided rooms, overall space, cleanliness, and all fully functional amenities over exceeded all expectations. It was cool, comfortable, and very spacious. Not to mention it is in very close proximity to the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Good clean house. We had a great time. Only thing was the hot water didn’t get too warm for long. So have to spread out showers

Beautiful place!

We loved our stay at the Cheeky Tiki! Everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and washcloths. The backyard was perfect for my teenage boys! Easy walk to the beach. We look forward to staying here again.

Sister trip

Girls trip just for sisters to unwind and relax. House was roomy and comfortable. We gad no issues with the house at all. I know a few of us are looking to stay there in the future.

Moms birthday

Overall we had a great stay. We've been celebrating my moms birthday like this for the last 5 years and have been trying to find the perfect spot. We may have found it here at the cheeky tiki. Location is in a good spot just outside of the main strip but close enough to run down to iga and other shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Short get away with my sister and children

It was a perfect set up for us, so close to the beach and perfect for people with kids they had their own living room upstairs to play in so adults could relax in the downstairs living room. Plenty of bathrooms in every room. Very clean and quick response from the property managers when we had questions. Hopefully this spot will be available next time we go for some beach therapy!

Excellent stay!

I loved this property I will definitely be staying here again! Very clean! The only down fall about all these houses is the late check in and the early checkout. It can not be due to covid honestly. I think they should give people a little more time for check out

You can read more about their rules and minimizing human contact between cleaners and guests. We have to abide by the rules or they can remove us from both of their sites and we certainly do not want that to happen. We hope all of this COVID stuff goes away soon!!

Great House

House was very clean and nice. The listing showed a TV outside which we were excited to be able to watch baseball games and BBQ. Well, the TV did not work. Disappointed in the outside TV or the rating would be a 5*
