Location was perfect for us traveling as a family. Lovely touches throughout to make the stay comfortable (beach gear, well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra towels, games, etc).

We had the best long weekend at the Toasted Coconut! It was perfect for our group for a long 4th of July weekend. Meg was extremely responsive and accommodating, we had a small issue getting checked in, but we solved it almost immediately. I had to reach out to Meg a couple of times with questions and she got back to me with answers within the hour. Super close to Rosemary and Alys Beach which made driving to dinner a breeze. I would love to see some coffee shops pop up nearby to be able to walk to in the morning, but other than that the location was awesome.

By far the best place my family has stayed at! Super clean and has everything you need! Communication with the host was super easy and helpful. Neighborhood was perfect and it was a short walk to the beach! We will be staying here again!!

Our recent stay in the “Toasted Coconut” was just perfect!! This home is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful extras that made our stay so special. Our whole family commented on how cozy and inviting it felt to stay here. The home is super clean with very comfortable beds and couches to relax on. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy a few meals together and the ping pong table and outdoor lawn games were a big hit!! Meg was the absolute best hostess. She checked on us regularly throughout our stay and was quick to respond with questions we had prior to arriving. The neighborhood is peaceful with the walk to the beach short and easy to access. This area of beach was not crowded and the home provided so many extras to make our time there super fun (portable beach chairs and umbrella, towels, wagon, cooler, and beach toys)!! We will most definitely return!!

Amazing Cottage on 30A!

We had the best experience at the Toasted Coconut! Everything was extremely clean and beautifully updated! We had everything we needed including beach chairs, bikes, towels, etc., and the beach access was a very short and easy walk! The backyard was set up so nicely, and we loved that we could hear the ocean! So many great restaurant options nearby as well! We loved everything about this home! Meg was an outstanding host, and we can’t wait to visit again!

Awesome experience

We loved everything about this house! We were visiting our friends who live close by and The Toasted Coconut was the perfect house for our needs. Great beach access and the house had everything we needed. This may be our permanent go to when we come visit again! Our 20 year old and 15 year old enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage which by the way is stocked with everything you would need for a great beach day. Also, Meg was very responsive when I had a question. Highly recommend this house!

Better than we could have dreamed!

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic!!! We traveled with an infant and the host thought of everything, from toys to a white noise machine and stroller. It was the perfect place for our family. The house was spotless, exactly as advertised, and in a super family friendly location. Super quick stroll to quiet and calm beach access. The host provided beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, EVERYTHING! We’ve found our forever rental for our 30A trips! Thank you, Meg!!!!

We had the best time at the Toasted Coconut! My husband and I stayed with our toddler and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. This home was curated and stocked with families in mind (toys, books, kids tableware, pack and play, and stroller) - making packing a breeze! Great and safe neighborhood and a quick and easy 5 minute walk to the beach! Also, very close to Publix and other restaurants and only 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach! The fenced in backyard with the hot tub felt like an oasis. The home was spotless and so beautiful. Meg was an incredible hostess - we will definitely be staying here again!
