This condo was absolutely perfect. Super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The price was great for the area, and the value really exceeded expectations. We had an awesome stay and would definitely stay again …

We had a wonderful experience. Check-in was easy and detailed. The property was clean and comfortable. It’s located on the main street and is close to all the delicious restaurants and cute local shops. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around the area. The place itself was much bigger than we expected, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay in the heart of Palm Springs

Our stay was perfect! The host (Shirin) was very communicative and responsive leading up to, and during our stay. The location is right near all of the restaurants and shops so we were no more than 10 minute walk from anything. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 and we spent a lot of time enjoying the patio that overlooks the main street. The home was clean and everything worked well!

Huge apartment, spotlessly clean, perfect location.

The layout is a little unusual, but this is a great apartment for up to 6 people. Lots of places to sit and spread out, with nice furnishings, comfy beds, and a very well-supplied kitchen. We also appreciated off-street parking for multiple cars—although we walked pretty much everywhere. A real find in downtown Palm Springs.

Great location, plenty of room, well equipped kitchen. Internet was spotty at times, listing had a whirlpool but there is none. Really only one exit with a keyed locked which seems to be a safety issue.

Great place host and location

Great spot for us to stay for Coachella. The space was actually huge and very nice. Shirin was great at communicating and even let us check in early which was super helpful. Only one minor thing was having half a paper towel roll but we probably could’ve asked for more lol. Second bathroom is small while the master is huge but if your group is good with sharing like we were then you’ll be fine. Loved the location of being right in downtown to explore. Great stay! Beautiful apartment but very noisy location

The property and hosts are first rate, as is the location. However this Penthouse is in fact the upper floor of a two story retail store on an extremely busy street. It is very noisy unless all doors and windows are closed. The lovely big deck is directly over the street, and does not offer the relaxing experience we expected. That said, it is a good value, and truly beautiful

Great location

We did not have a car and this location allowed us to walk everywhere. Just note it is not convenient to a real supermarket but at local shops we could pick up milk, juice, water, etc.Excellent kitchen.Comfortable beds.As they say you must carry bags up a flight of stairs on the outside of the building. This is not good for handicapped access or those who want to avoid stairs.You can hear music from outside most of the day and evening even up to midnight. The host is extremely nice and had good communication with us.

Such a great location

This property is in such a great location, private and so comfortable! It is situated over a business on the main blvd. The private deck outside was so nice to sit on and enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We enjoyed walking down the blvd for dinner in the evenings and shopping in the afternoon. The beds were so comfortable! My kids are still talking about how soft the sheets were and how comfortable the beds were. The sofa areas were very comfortable as well and I enjoyed curling up with a book on a few occasions in both areas. The decor has a Palm Springs flare without being over the top which was really nice as I am a bit enamored by the Palm Springs vibe. Our host was very quick to respond at all times and an absolute pleasure to work with. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing apartment in the middle of everything

This apartment is incredible. It's clean, spacious, well stocked, and right on Palm Canyon Dr, which is the main street of Palm Springs full of great food, coffee, shopping and entertainment. We were never more than a 10 minute walk away from anything we wanted to do. The apartment itself is beautiful, large, and very comfortable. The covered, large patio that faces the main street is such a fun place to hang out and enjoy a lovely evening. There's even a dedicated parking lot behind the building! (We didn't have a car, but that's such a great amenity.) We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone who wants to get a taste of living in Palm Springs and not just staying in a hotel.

Unique property in a perfect location

My family (myself, husband and 4 year old son) stayed at this property which was conveniently located right in downtown Palm Springs for 3 nights. It seems to be a converted commercial space which gave it a unique vibe. It was larger than we expected and a lot of space for just 3 of us but would be so fun with a larger group. The outdoor deck is spacious, overlooks the main street and there’s games out there as well (corn hole and a jumbo connect 4). The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is large and spotless. It has everything you need to cook which was handy. We enjoyed waking up and grabbing coffee at Cafe La Jefa right across the street. Plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We loved eating at Tac/Quila. Would definitely rebook this property and bring another family or some girlfriends along next time.

Palm Springs Girl's Trip!!

What a great place! It is beautifully furnished with all the necessaries that you might need. The location in the upper design district is perfect - so much great food (try Cheeky's for breakfast, eight4nine or Trio for dinner) and great shopping all within walking distance. The owner was so easy to communicate with and she addressed a problem (beeping smoke detector battery) quickly. The covered patio is perfect for sitting and enjoying the fabulous weather. The bedrooms were roomy with comfy beds.The kitchen, which we didn't use much aside from getting wine from the fridge, has brand new appliances and all the things you may need if you choose to cook. All in all, the apartment fit all of our needs. Our girl's trip was fantastic and we would love to go back!!

We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately found it did not match the listing photos or expectations.The location is a strong positive—easy walking distance to downtown with great food nearby. However, the photos are misleading and make the unit appear far more modern and residential than it is. In reality, it feels like a converted commercial space above a rug store, with a full glass entry door and business-style locking.The locking system was impractical and even unsafe. If part of the group left and locked the door, anyone inside was effectively locked in and unable to exit.We arrived to a 94-degree unit with no AC running. While bedding and floors were generally clean, there was a musty smell and visible dirt buildup in areas like windowsills and under beds. There were also maintenance issues (broken outlet covers, poorly installed shower fixtures).Noise from AC units disrupted sleep, especially in the primary bedroom, and the layout lacked privacy (no door to bathroom area).The dish policy (wash and put away) also raised hygiene concerns, as cleanliness depends on prior guests.Overall, while the location is great, the condition and presentation of the property did not align with the listing, and we would not stay here again.
