We all loved this home! We were staying there for a month while attending the nearby Fox Lea Farms horse show. The location is super convenient for that, and close to downtown Venice and the Nokomis beach as well. The kitchen is huge (one of the biggest islands I've ever seen!), super clean and modern and easy to prepare healthy meals in. The living area is comfortable with a huge easy to use TV. The bedrooms worked perfectly for our purposes. The water pressure in the shower was remarkable! And my favorite feature was the attached pool area. The sliding doors could be opened all the way, easily expanding the living area. Because the whole pool area is screened in, we didn't have to worry about bugs and creatures coming in. Great new laundry machines. There is also a fun game room we didn't have much time to use but would be great for families. The mature trees and vegetation give the neighborhood a really nice feel. Finally, the host is incredibly responsive - every time I reached out with questions he responded almost immediately. Highly recommend and we plan to rent again.

Exceptional property

Stayed for six nights while visiting the grandparents who live close by. Family of four (with two pre-teen kids), more than enough room for everyone, great layout of house for different sleep schedules. Brand new renovation – pictures make the place look very nice, it is even better in person. Rec / bonus room is great too, especially for the kids. Beautifully furnished, with everything you could need for a family. Responsive host. Highly recommend, will definitely stay at this property again in the future when in the area.

Perfect Florida Getaway

I cannot say enough about our hosts and our stay! This lovely home is in a wonderful neighborhood within a short drive to Venice Beach town center and Venice beaches. The home was immaculate! The kitchen was light filled and open, well equipped with both cooking and eating utensils, and basics like salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher soaps and detergents. A fabulous coffee bar with a little fridge for water and sodas was also part of the kitchen area. A sliding glass door opened to a cage enclosed pool was that clean and warm. There was a lovely outdoor living room with comfy furniture that we used everyday, as well as an outdoor dining table. The three bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and bedding. A laundry room with large bath towels, laundry soap and softener was a great convince The bathrooms were also well appointed with soaps, shampoo, and conditioners. The garage was converted into a game room, extra bedroom with a ping pong table. The living room provided a large TV and a credenza stocked with games to play. My communication with our host was timely and responsive. Our host graciously increased the temperature of our pool one morning as the weather was not cooperating. We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning on returning next year!
