The hosts were superb. They were very responsive to a small plumbing issue, (repaired within hours). We had a great stay at the property. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Disney/Universal. It is an awesome property!

Clean and Spacious

There was plenty of room for everybody with enough bathrooms to give extra privacy. The house was clean and soap was provided in the bathrooms which is nice.

Perfect for large family!

Absolutely amazing vacation rental! Heathers place is even nicer in person. We had 8 total ranging from 3-64 yrs. Plenty of room for everyone. So nice that the upstairs area is so roomy. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. Plenty of towels, toiletries, beach towels, etc. The pool was perfect in every way.

Our stay

The house is the absolute perfect size for a big family or little family with kids! It was extremely clean, the property manager was SO quick at getting back to me with any questions I had. Always so helpful, if I needed anything at all. She gave us information on fun activities to do with our littles while we were in Florida. I have zero complaints about the property and property manager! I’d stay again and will renting from them in the future!

Maggie and her family were exceptional guests at Serenity Villa. From the start, their communication was pleasant and quick, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They were not only nice but also incredibly respectful of the property. Impressively, they went beyond our checkout instructions by doing extra cleaning before their departure, which was greatly appreciated. Their thoughtfulness and care for our villa set them apart. We would definitely recommend Maggie and her family to other hosts and would be delighted to welcome them back anytime. A truly wonderful experience having them as our guests!

Gorgeous House!!!

The house was very clean. Clean enough to not turn your feet brown when running atound barefoot. Lol. Pool heating was wonderful worked very well. Had lots of stuff to get our vacation started. Loved that there were pool floats and tons of towels!! Being able to spread out is nice. So when you needed to get away you could hang in the upstairs gameroom. I would absolutely stay here again.
