The location and amenities are fantastic. We had issues with the air conditioner otherwise it was great! Bunk room is so cute!

Such a beautiful property! The view is exceptional and the unit was very clean! Great location, there were restaurants and activities all around. Beach access was just a short walk and the pool was clean and spacious.

Really appreciated the communication with the hosts. We had two babies with us and arrived very early in the morning, our host was super accommodating and let us check in several hours early! The view was great and we really appreciated 2 pool options and the beach. Super walkable to an ice cream shop and restaurant on the beach as well.

This was our 3rd time staying at Sterling Shores but first time with Real Joy Vacations. No complaints at all. The condo was very clean. The view was beautiful. The kids loved the bunk beds. The host was very communicative. We definitely recommend!

The room was not clean. Stains on the rug, laundry door was broken & laid against the washer, garbage not emptied in bedrooms, pee on the toilet seats. We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it. The people before us wasted their cleaning fee because it wasn’t done. Nice grounds & pool area. View was nice.

You should not have had to purchase supplies and clean the unit yourselves, and we understand how frustrating that was. Family Spring Break

Beautiful property, clean unit with easy access to elevator. Everything we needed was there. View from balcony, you could see the ocean clearly.

Amazing!!

Everything about this vacation was wonderful. The resort was beautiful, the pool was great, and loved being able to walk to the beach everyday. Our room was beautiful! Just as pictured! Our view was outstanding. Especially being able to do dishes and look up and be able to see the ocean!! Every morning my husband and I and my kids would go out on the balcony and watch the dolphins that came to shore line everyday. It was so cool. Check In and check out was so easy. The communication was never a problem if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!!
