The Space:
Bedroom: The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of sun and surf. Wake up to the gentle sound of waves and the promise of another beautiful beach day.

Bunk Beds: In the cozy alcove, you'll find twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or extra guests. It's a fun and comfortable space for a good night's sleep.

Living Room: Our open-concept living area is tastefully decorated and offers a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. Relax with your favorite movie or enjoy the panoramic ocean views from the balcony. Also includes a pull out couch for larger groups!

Balcony: Step outside to the private balcony and let the ocean breeze wash over you. Sip your morning coffee or savor a glass of wine as you watch the sun set over the horizon. The views are simply breathtaking.

Kitchen: The fully updated and stocked kitchen is a chef's dream. You'll find all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up delicious meals. There's a dining area adjacent to the kitchen where you can enjoy your culinary creations.

Bathroom: The modern bathroom features a spacious shower and comes stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
