Escape to our Luxe 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, mountain retreat, where breathtaking views of the Salt Lake Valley meet modern comfort and endless entertainment. Whether you're a ski enthusiast or simply looking for a peaceful escape, this home has something for everyone. Enjoy year-round comfort with dual-zone heating and cooling, featuring separate HVAC systems for the upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems for enhanced comfort throughout the home. For your convenience, the home includes two washers (pre-loaded with detergent) and two dryers. Fabric softener and liquid chlorine bleach provided.

Therefore: The quiet time by law is 10 pm to 7 am. This is NOT a place for loud Parties of any kind of Unlawful Activities. The use of drugs of any kind or vaping, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Events are NOT allowed. Unauthorized gatherings or violation of these rules or vaping or smoking marihuana will result in a minimum fine of $10,000, plus any additional charges imposed by local authorities and termination of your stay. The maximum occupancy is mandatory to be respected as well as fulfilling the Eagle House rules.
