This house was super clean and exceeded our expectations. We just needed a place to stay while our hardwoods were being redone and it turned into a great mini vacation. We loved the open living area, flat lot and brand new dock. Don’t pass on home

Such a Beautiful, clean and spacious house, with very comfortable beds. An amazing atmosphere on the lake, especially at sunset. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. Whenever we are craving luxurious, lake front living, we will definitely be back. To anyone reading this review, I say you found your place, we truly had an amazing stay.

An Amazing July 4th Weekend on the Lake!!

We had an absolutely incredible time at this home on Lake Norman. We were a group of 6 women in our thirties (plus 1 dog) and we booked this home for a long weekend, two nights, July 4th-6th. It didn’t disappoint! The backyard is HUGE! Lots of room and grass for dogs. There’s a grill, a fire pit, a large dock, and 6 Adirondack chairs. There’s a nice deck off the back of the house with fans and furniture as well. The inside of the home is beautiful and renovated. The bed in the bedroom off the back deck is AMAZING. The most comfortable bed ever - mattress, sheets, pillows, etc. I want that exact bed in my home! The hostess was amazing - very communicative, responded quickly, super helpful and kind. She even left us a basket full of goodies! There’s a keurig with k-cups and lots of silverware and cups to use. Huge driveway that can fit several cars. And that view!!! Such a great spot on the lake. We spent most of our time outside. Restaurants are about 10 mins away. We loved this home and will definitely be back!! Highly recommend.

Beautifully renovated home w brand new dock

The home was spacious for our family of four. The kids loved fishing and jumping off the dock. The home/dock is located down a quiet cove with no wake. We had no issues with the neighbors. The porch was nice to relax and sip coffee, play board games and eat dinner. The porch fans kept the air moving and bugs away. The owner provided boating rental suggestions ahead of our trip and responded to questions timely once we checked in. It was nice to have linens and beach towels. The home is located close to grocery and restaurants as well as 5 minute drive to boat rentals. We would recommend to friends!

House was very welcoming. Clean and uptodate amenities. We brought our boat with deep water and covered dock for our kids to swim. Great trip hope to be back in the future.

Newly renovated , clean, a little disappointed that there was no Pontoon boat as listed, ice maker didn’t work and dryer didn’t work and outside is still under construction. We were playing some music , not loud at all at 7pm and neighbor asked us to turn it down

We are basic natives living here since 1995 longest place we’ve ever lived! Mooresville caught our heart. The small town charm and beautiful lake with a quiet street yet close to the big city of Charlotte! Two hours from the mountains and 3-4 from the beach it’s the perfect place to live. .
