En entrant dans ce condo au 3Úme étage, vous serez accueilli avec une abondance de lumiÚre naturelle et une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Une palette de couleurs apaisantes, des armoires et des meubles personnalisés, des comptoirs en quartz, des appareils électroménagers gris ardoise, un sol en porcelaine similibois et une douche de salle de bain principale carrelée en marbre ne sont que quelques-unes des caractéristiques mises à jour qui rendent ce condo unique et accueillant.

Profitez du café du matin tout en regardant le lever du soleil et les dauphins jouent depuis votre balcon privé. Family Vacation Without a View

This condo was a true gem in terms of cleanliness and comfort! It truly had everything we needed, making for a very relaxing stay indoors. However, our experience was significantly impacted by ongoing construction right outside the unit. A large construction crane was parked directly in front of the condo, completely obstructing what we had hoped would be a beautiful ocean view. Additionally, a crew was painting the exterior of the building starting at 8am, so there was no time for a relaxing coffee out on the balcony.While we understand that building maintenance is necessary, we were disappointed that we were not informed about this construction prior to our arrival. Had we known about the obstructed view and the ongoing work, we might have reconsidered our booking or at least come prepared for the noise and lack of privacy.Overall, the condo itself was lovely, but the unexpected and uncommunicated construction was a major drawback that detracted significantly from our vacation experience. We hope the owners will be more transparent about any ongoing work in the future to ensure other guests are fully aware of the situation before booking.

25th Anniversary

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Amelia Island at your beautiful property! It was excellent! The kitchen was well stocked. The entire condo was clean, decorated so nice and the ocean view from the balcony was MAGNIFICENT!!! We will definitely return to one of your properties. It was worth every penny!!

31st Anniversary!

Quiet and mostly alone the last week of September! Great location at the end of a gated resort road. Being on the Atlantic Ocean, you get a perfect sunrise each morning, as we spin in circles, around the Sun; no the Earth is not flat. The ocean was angry (storms off the coast) leaving the beach with a different landscape each day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and etcetera. Giant bath towels and a super soft mattress are a double bonus. Just like Mr. Green, so serene, there is a t.v. In every room. The Guest Services Administrator for the condominium is highly attentive and strives to make your stay enjoyable. I sent her a picture of the beach chairs, which needed replacing, so I was not charged for the condition of the chairs. Without solicitation, she sent two new chairs to us in less than two hours. We ate most of our meals in the condominium or at the beach, however, there are more restaurants between Turtle Dunes and downtown Fernandina Beach than one could eat at in a month’s time.

Wonderful Place at Sea Dunes/Amelia Island

We love our trips to Amelia Island- and this place is our new favorite! The website pictures are very accurate, everything is tastefully decorated and has everything you could need. We enjoyed renting bikes, went on a boat ride in Fernandina Beach and relaxed in the pool and beach.

Beautiful Sea Dunes Condo

This condominium was absolutely flawless. It was impeccably spotless when we arrived. There was a “goodie” bag with a treat and all kinds of very useful information regarding the island and things to do. My husband and I have been coming here since we were both teenagers, and the information provided was still enlightening to us. The condo itself is gorgeous and decorated perfectly for the island. Every amenity you could wish for was provided. We will definitely be back.

Very well furnished apartment and fully equipped kitchen. The only negative was the mattress in the main bedroom - - needs to be replaced IMO.

Great unit and great location. Would definitely stay here again. Power went off at check-out but nothing the owners could do about that. Well stocked Condo for easy living.

Upon arrival, we searched for a luggage cart. Searched everywhere. NO LUGGAGE CART! A kind man volunteered to help us carry all our bags up to the 3rd floor. This is not acceptable. Thankfully, my husband and I are able-bodied but not so young. Others are not as fortunate. What would you suggest they do to get their luggage to their condo?
