The world-renowned sugar-white beach and crystal-clear waters are just a short 5 minute walk or 1 minute golf cart ride from the unit where you can enjoy beach front dining and pool at the private access Beach House of Gulf Highlands! This beachfront clubhouse is only for guests of the resort.
The space
Our town home is an updated and refreshingly clean 2 bedroom/1.5 bath family focused property with everything you need for a great stay. You'll find queen beds in both of the spacious bedrooms and a queen size pullout sofa downstairs. The unit comfortably sleeps 6.

Enjoy the fully updated kitchen with all appliances and cookware needed for a family vacation! The large back patio with gas grill and table for 4 make for a great entertainment or relaxation space and the Master bedroom has a private balcony! The unit backs up to the Shoppes at Edgewater for a quick walk to the bowling alley, Axe Throwing, restaurants, shopping, and an ice cream shop and there are 2 parking spots directly in front of the unit reserved exclusively for you.

Guests can use the complimentary wireless internet access and there are Smart televisions in living room and each bedroom.
Guest access
Guess access is via coded entry and additional key lock boxes found inside for various needs. An electric golf cart (4 seater) is available to rent for a daily rate, so take advantage of this opportunity and ask us for more details!
Other things to note
Gulf Highlands is a private gated community with activities for everyone! There are 11 pools (some heated in the winter), tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a fitness center, and an 18 hole mini golf course. All resort amenities are available to guests. Shipwreck Island waterpark in only 5 minutes away.
