Our condo is on the sixth floor at one of the best oceanfront complexes in Cocoa Beach. It's an end unit with two balconies, one south facing and one west facing, so there's nice outdoor space with beautiful sunsets. This two bedroom, two bath condo is fully stocked for your stay with an inside washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full beds so we can accommodate six guests
The complex has a heated pool and hot tub and private beach access.
Our condo is a very spacious (~1,300 sf) unit at one of Cocoa Beach's finest oceanfront resort destinations! Sandcastles is located right on the beach with exceptional complex amenities, and offers the space, privacy and location that will make for a great vacation!

This condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, or for a fun-filled family vacation. Comfortable sleeping for 6 with all the comforts of your own home including fresh pillows and quality linens & towels.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the open concept and spacious dining and living room. The living room has comfortable seating for six with a HDTV. The condo has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There's also a closet filled with beach accessories for your enjoyment. With two balconies, there is plenty of outdoor space. You can even enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the west facing balcony!

The Condo was beautiful, and had all the little things you might need like a blender , nice coffee machine & coffee selection, as well as beach gear including easy back pack chairs! We had a great time relaxing at the beach and pool and would visit again! The host was quick to respond to questions and we really enjoyed our stay here!

Great place to stay, super easy access to elevator and room from parking lot. We only stayed 2 nights but had everything we needed. Great communication the entire time. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this location to watch the air show from the beach which was amazing! The condo had everything we needed with plenty of little extras throughout. Beach towels, chairs, a record player and amazing sunset views.

Great host -highly recommend

We were in town for a week long baseball tournament and this condo and host fit our needs perfectly. Condo was clean, extras included, and the host is Very receptive to all communication.

I loved the location and the property was very well appointed.The owner sent me a message on VRBO a few days before we were meant to arrive with very clear instructions on where to park, codes to get in and some info on the property rules. He was also very responsive to any questions I sent. I asked if we could possibly checkout just a little late. He was able to check with his cleaning team and confirm this one time it was ok withing 20 minutes. The apartment was very clean and had everything we could need for fun on the beach or in the pool such as a beach cart, backpack style beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, beach towels and an umbrella. There were extra sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. I did not need it but there was also a highchair and a pack'n'play. I also noticed there was an iron, hair dryer and a blender so I could make my smoothies. We did not use them but the unit has a full size washer and dryer!The kitchen was very nice and it was easy to cook a few meals there. I also loved the two balconies. One of the balconies had a lovely view of the beach, although it was a partial view. The location was great also as it was halfway between the touristy pier area and the cute downtown shops area. Plus it is maybe a 3 minute drive the the famous Ron Jon Surf shop.I would definitely recommend this rental and would love to go back!
