Just minutes from your resort sanctuary is the award winning Pier Park - an exciting selection of restaurants, boutiques and family friendly attractions are all within 5 minutes drive.
This exceptional 16th floor unit boasts two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and sleeps a maximum of six people. Contemporary furnishings have been thoughtfully selected to present an overall appearance that will impress from the first moment, and a beach vibe blends seamlessly with a sophisticated décor to create an atmosphere of Southern charm and cheerful appeal.
The master suite features a king-sized bed, private balcony access and an en-suite bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and double vanity. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed. Both bedrooms feature TV and ample closet space. The second full bathroom features a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms and bathrooms come complete with our sumptuous signature linens. The open plan living room/kitchen/dining area is the heart and soul of the condo. This is a true home away from home - the stylish kitchen is appointed with all brand new stainless appliances. A dining table for six plus a breakfast bar provide ample room for meals and snacks. The comfy living area offers plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a movie or your favorite streaming channels. For the ultimate in convenience, the condo also offers a separate utility room with a washer and dryer.
The expansive balcony is the real show stopper thanks to its jaw-dropping gulf and beach vistas. Emerald Isle charges a resort registration fee of $40.00 (per condo per visit up to 7 days) to issue one parking pass and up to 6 armbands. This registration fee is not included in your reservation cost and is payable locally upon arrival at the resort. Additional parking passes are $40.00 each and additional armbands are $1.50 each.
