We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very spacious and accommodated the 5 of us nicely. It had all of the amenities and the location was perfect. David, the host, was very responsive and made sure that all of our needs were met.

Wonderful stay

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a quick family vacation in the sun. The property was amazing. Beach and pool area: heavenly! Great rooms and spaces. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

Great place for Miami Open

This was a beautiful 2 bedroom condo beach front in Sunny Isles. Great location to the tennis venue, Hard Rock Stadium and a 40 minute drive to Miami. Great beach!

Short visit

Great location if you want to be close to the action, but far enough to avoid heavy traffic. The resort was excellent and staff was friendly. This unit was clean and spacious for my family of 4. I strongly recommend a visit here.

We had the best time!! David was an amazing host and fast to answer our questions prior to arrival! We got to check in early was was amazing and the snacks they dropped off were a bonus! Very fast helping us when we couldn’t get the water hot enough! Beautiful views! Great stay!

Heavy construction next door. Very noisy and dusty. No batteries in any of the TV remote controls. Numerous pieces of Furniture were broken.

I completely understand how frustrating those details can be, and I appreciate you letting us know. Regarding the construction, most of our apartments are located on higher floors, which generally helps reduce the impact. Also, as the construction progresses, the noise and dust tend to become less disruptive over time. Even so, we understand that any external work nearby can be inconvenient, and we are continuing to monitor it closely. I also want to mention that during your stay, we remained attentive to your needs. We communicated with you, followed up, and always tried to help and respond to your requests whenever you reached out. Our intention was always to support you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Your comments also help us identify what needs immediate attention inside the unit. We’ll review the apartment more carefully, including the TV remotes, batteries, and furniture condition, so we can correct those items and improve the experience for future guests. We felt pampered

From the time we pulled into the parking lot we were pampered. This Resort does everything for you. The fees are worth it! The room is huge & clean and stocked with everything you need! The host was very great with communication. Will definitely keep this on our favorites for the future!

The apartment was great with a terrific view. The property owner was fantastic. Great communication. Any issues were fixed promptly. The staff in the hotel is 5 stars including the valet service.

We’re enjoyed our stay at David’s property

The unit was in good condition, with breathtaking view, clean and equipped with pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing I will suggest, please leave some cleaner for countertops and glass table. I’m highly recommend David’s place if you want to have a good time at Sunny Isles.

Great Place on the beach

Place was spacious. Employees were all very helpful and friendly. The covered balcony was an added plus. Walking distance to great restaurants. Would highly recommend. Only downside was pool bar was more like a tent but they might be addressing that as work was being performed on it the day we checked out.

Perfect beach

Location location location. The beach is amazing. Because it is between Fort Lauderdale and Miami we were not over run with spring breakers. The beach was absolutely stunning. The 25.00 resort fee was well worth it. We got towels chairs table and umbrellas. The property itself could use a coat of paint but worked very well for us. The balcony was perfect! Close to grocery store so we could walk. Quick Uber to Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. I would chose this location again in a heartbeat!
