The spacious patio is surrounded by lush landscaping and includes a fun, shaded palapa with barstool seating, ideal for those moments when you want to enjoy an afternoon cocktail and listen to some music. If you’d rather watch the festivities from afar, the home’s wraparound deck provides you with ample views of the pool and the area beyond, complete with relaxed seating options. Apart from being close to the beach, you’ll also be within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and shops. A leisurely stroll through the neighborhood sounds like just the thing to cap off a fun-filled day.



The interior of the home has been outfitted with everything you need for a complete, comfortable stay. A cozy living room offers plush sofa seating and a smart TV for quiet movie nights or family game time. Steps away, the dining room offers a table and chair set with room for 6, the open floor plan creating a synergistic space for entertainment between these two spaces. The fully equipped kitchen with updated counters and cabinetry is well-prepared for all types of meals, whether you choose to cook at home or prepare takeout from a local restaurant. Drip and Keurig coffee makers ensure that everyone will have their needed morning pick-me-up, taken outside to enjoy the fresh air and watch the sunrise on another beautiful day.



But wait, there’s more! Competitive and casual game guests alike will be delighted to find a game room on the lower level with a ping pong table, darts, and sliding door access onto to patio.



This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds and a twin trundle.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home includes a second full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The Shell House has a strict occupancy policy not to exceed 7 total guests. Reservations will be canceled if occupancy exceeds 7.

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Garage parking is available for up to 2 vehicles with an additional 2 spaces in the driveway. Boat parking in the garage is permitted upon request.

- Pool is not heated.

- If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to select the total number of pets (limited to 2 pets of no more than 50lbs each) at the time of booking so the pet fee is included. The pet fee is $40 per night for up to 2 pets total. If you do not select this at the time of booking, please contact our Guest Services to ensure you have paid the pet fee before checking in. To avoid any additional charges, it’s important to notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after at all times. The minimum age to book this property is 25+. At least one member of the party staying at the property from check-in to check-out must be 25 years or older.



Other Things to Note:

Pet friendly however the pet fee is NOT included in this booking! If you are bringing a pet, please note that there is an additional pet fee of $60 for up to 2 nights with increasing fees per night for longer stays that is not included in your final booking cost. Please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid any additional fees, please notify us that you will have your pet(s) during your stay, keep them on a leash and clean up after them.
