Had all the amenities to make it a comfortable family stay. The snacks and warmth of the house was amazing. Location was a cheap Uber ride downtown. Would definitely stay again.

It was the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in that accommodated 6 adults! Very clean and very modernized! Plenty of separate spaces for family members. And the covered pergola outside was an added bonus! Highly recommend staying here!

This was a perfect stay. The best part was sharing with family and the option of 2 areas to watch tv and still be close together. A comfortable and beautiful home with helpful touches to ensure everything you need is within fingertips. Very communicative and caring. We will return again as the location is wonderful. Thank you!

Property was better than even pictures made it look like. Walking distance to multiple food/drink spots and less than 10 min walk from Lightrail station. Was perfect place to stay to catch a mariners game without having to drive and find parking.

The home was very clean and spacious, offered off-street parking, and was only 9 minutes from our event at the WaMu theater. We would book it again!

We had a great stay! The property was amazing. Very clean and well maintained. David responded to all of my questions quickly and provided helpful information on what all was located around the property and other transportation options available close by. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely keep this place in mind for any future visits to Seattle. Thank you again!

Looks even better than the photos! Very spacious & comfortable. We loved having a little backyard & borrowing the owners cats! They had everything we could have needed for toiletries. Overall felt right at home

David’s house was perfect for our multigenerational gathering. The spacious house included nice gathering spaces in the dinning area and upper living area. The main floor bedroom was tucked in the back and offered privacy from the upper two bedrooms. The upper floor includes nice views of the cascades on sunny days. The kitchen is well stocked with modern equipment and my spouse appreciated the coffee machine. The location approximately 2 blocks from the light rail station is very convenient. Lastly, the small touches by the hosts made the home stand out among places we’ve stayed (responsive communication, flowers, and snacks). The home is an amazing place where we would happily stay again.

The property was very nice. Thank you for the snacks and fruit and fresh flowers . Could have used more wash clothes and the downstairs tv was hard to operate.

This stylish home was super clean and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed. The welcome basket and flowers were a pleasant surprise (thank you). There is plenty of parking at the house too. It is in a great location to get to the Light Rail station, close to a grocery store, and an Uber friendly area. The close proximity to the airport was a great advantage to us. We had great communication and fast answers from the host. The neighborhood seemed safe and the people were friendly. If we come back to Seattle we will try to stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED this little place! We had 6 of us fly in for a cruise and it was the perfect place. We did not arrive until 10pm that night and left out around 11am the next morning. We had wished we could have stayed longer. Very nice neighborhood and we had lots of places to walk around safely. We walked up a few blocks to "Fresh Flours" coffee shop that was recommended to us by the host. It was a cute shop with good coffee and pastries. The weather was beautiful the night we stayed so the morning walk was warm and sunny. There is a small hill but we managed just fine, we are in our 40's and had our parents with us who aren't extremely active and they did fine with a couple of pauses to look at scenery. The lay out was great with one bedroom on the bottom floor and two on the top floor with an extra living space. There were plenty of kitchen items and bathroom items if we had needed them- our stay was just for sleeping purposes this time. I don't know how this little place doesn't stay booked up!
