Experience the best of modern living in this brand-new development located in the sought-after Enrique Court subdivision. Nestled across the street from Florin Creek Park and Recreation Center, this home offers both convenience and tranquility. Plus, it`s situated within the esteemed Elk Grove School District, making it an ideal choice for families. Book your stay and experience the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern luxury.
Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $100/hour. We do a thorough cleaning after each guestâs stay. We kindly ask that before leaving, you place dishes in the dishwasher and start it, start a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out all trash. This helps our cleaning process and keeping cleaning costs down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.
Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.
Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. Unfortunately, we cannot package and ship things that are left behind.

We are a married couple who started a company called Catnap Rentals. We specialize in hosting short-term rental properties in the Sacramento area. This home is being hosted for a wonderful lady who is in long-term care. She loves her home and likes to spend time there when it is not rented out. The income from the short-term rental pays for her care. A short-term rental is a better option for her rather than long-term rental because she gets to visit her home and keep all the furniture and art that she has collected over her life time. We feel honored that she picked us to host her property .
