THE HOME

*Every aspect of the home has been thoughtfully designed for any and all guests: families, wanderers & adventurers, digital nomads, traveling professionals, you name it.

*Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? Nope, that's just the memory foam mattress we stock on all of our beds! How could we make it any more accommodating? By putting blackout curtains in both rooms so that sensitive sleepers (like myself) don't have to carry eye-masks everywhere.

*In-unit laundry is tucked away so that you can avoid costly trips to the laundromat. Or worse, put dirty clothes in your bag that'll smell on the plane ride home.

*Even the living room sectional folds down to comfortably sleep a tired guest coming back from an adventure filled day. Oh, and did we mention that the TV pulls out and rotates so that you can sit back and watch your shows on our 55" ROKU equipped smart TV? It’s also on “Guest Mode” so once you sign in, it’ll sign you out of your accounts upon checkout!

*Like we said above, restaurants are fun, and Lynn/ the neighboring towns have a lot to offer. But in the event you want to chef up a nice home cooked meal, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need. French press if you're fancy, standard coffee maker if you're not, mixing bowls, cutting boards, the works. We even have a special Ramen bowl with chopstick inserts!


* Pet fees & details:
-1-2 dogs/cats: $50
-3+ dogs/cats: $100
-You must let us know in advance and properly pay for pets. Failure to do so will incur a $150 fine (guests that follow you might have severe pet allergies and our cleaning team must deep clean in order to prevent issues)


*While the home is equipped to host 5 people, we think the perfect group size is 3-4. We're happy to host all 5, but keep in mind it'll be a little cozier.

**For safety reasons, if you want to use the fire pit you must communicate at least 5 days in advance so that we can replace/refill & properly install the propane tank.

*Please purchase travel insurance to protect your trip as we do honor our cancellation policy. We are not able to offer refunds for weather/natural disasters/illnesses or other issues that are beyond our control.
