Stargazer - Steinhatchee Landings, Sleeps 10 Cottage is directly behind the pool

STARGAZER, is one of newer homes that was built for entertaining. A stunning 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with Teak hardwood floors, sits directly behind the community pool in the center of the Landings Resort. Stargazer is located on the Steinhatchee river which has community dockage on a first come bases and flows to the Gulf of Mexico.

Upon entering the home you are in the open concept great room that has views through the kitchen that is equipped with top of the line stainless appliance's and a guest pantry. Looking to the dining area with seating for 8 to10 guests and out the glass rear doors to the screened porch and overlooking community pool.

The front bedroom has a queen bed and large dresser with mirror and night stands. The middle bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds, sleeping a total of 4. There is a full bath with a tub/shower combination located between the 2 bedrooms. In addition there is a half bath in the entry area.

At the rear of the cottage is a master bedroom, providing a king size bed dresser and night stands along with a walk in closet. There are wall mounted TV's in all the bedrooms. The quaint barn style door separates the master bedroom and master bathroom. The master bath has a large Travertine tiled walk-in shower as well as a granite topped mirrored vanity.

A covered charcoal grilling area is at the bottom of the rear stairs with two charcoal grills and lights. Cook your catch of the day or grill some steaks and or hamburgers after a fun day on the water. Vehicle parking is under the cottage.
WE DON’T ALLOW PETS DURING SCALLOP SEASON.
The resort has a 55' swimming pool, a 7 person spa and approximately 22 complimentary boat slips (available on a first come bases). There is boat trailer parking and if not at the resort a short distance away. The petting zoo down on the river offers chickens, ducks, rabbits and goats for the kids (and adults as well!) pleasure.

Additionally the resort has a dog park, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. There are children's play areas, horseshoe pits, shuffle board court and a ping pong table along with outdoor reading areas and fire pits.

Steinhatchee is known for it's great fishing and scalloping. Come spend a few days and you will see what a great time you can have here in the "Hatch". You'll be glad you did!
