We're so glad the apartment gave you both the space to be together and the chance to relax, and that the AC and comfortable beds helped you all sleep well despite the Roman heat. Regarding the sliding door to the laundry area — it actually came off its track during your stay, and we only found out at check-out, so we've already had it fixed for future guests. As for the showers, the bathrooms are actually fully renovated; what you may have noticed is some limescale, which can build up quickly with Rome's hard water even though we deep-clean everything before every check-in. We really appreciate you flagging it, as it helps us keep an eye on things between stays. We're happy the location worked well for you and that check-in and check-out went smoothly. Hi Avery, I am glad you enjoyed the apartment! We didn't know there were issues with the internet, until the guest after you reported it to us. We contacted the cable company, who solved the issue immidiately by resetting it on their side. We are one of the few hosts with 50 MB connection in Rome and we are proud of it:).
