Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed or additional plumbing charges may apply. Pet Fee is $150. No pets in the pool or an additional fee will be assessed. Please only park in the driveway or garage. Do not park in the grass. Backyard flood light switch is located in the upstairs hall behind the bathroom door when it is opened. Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Following your booking, you will receive a link to complete the check-in form and rental agreement required to finalize your reservation. Otherwise, enjoy your stay.
