For vacationers you have Busch Gardens & Adventure Island just a 20 min drive away and Clearwater & St Pete Beaches (Voted Best in America) just a 30 min drive away!

Indoor Garage will be Inaccessible but you will have two parking spots available outdoors. (Parking on Property). You dont have to park on the street.
As guests you will have access to the entire townhouse including the backyard, except the indoor garage.
Kitchen is stocked with pots, pand, utensils, microwave and basic needs.
There are smoke alarms all around the house as well as fire extinguishers.
Laundry Room with washer & drier will be accesible on the garage section of the house.
House has new carpet, new air conditioner, new flooring and recently renovated the entire exterior of the house!

You will have access to the entire Townhouse except the indoor garage.
