Notre maison de plage est à moins de 200 mètres de la plage, avec une vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon du deuxième étage. Les chambres sont sur des premier et troisième étages, et la cuisine et salle de séjour, d'un balcon, sont au deuxième étage. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes confortablement. Vous pouvez marcher aux restaurants, boutiques et Wild Kingdom York. Surf, kayak, paddle board, la randonnée et l'équitation sont tous à 10 -Mile rayon. La maison est un court trajet en voiture à la sortie commerciaux, centres commerciaux et les cinémas.

This house was wonderful for our family vacation. It was very clean, and in a fantastic location, very close to Long Sands Beach and walking distance to Nubble Light and Short Sands. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a terrific stay at this clean, well-located property and highly recommend it to all. Communication with the host/owner in advance was timely and our special requests were accommodated with ease. We found the property precisely as advertised and the owner immediately answered a direct inquiry I made about the wi-fi (though the answer to it was actually in the listing, I just didn't see it!). The owners have appointed the home thoughtfully for a perfect York Beach vacation.

Fabulous location and fabulous house - great setup for a beach house with. beautiful deck too. A really short walk to the beach and the general store and many restaurants. I would definitely rent here again!!

Wonderful beach house in York!

Property was as advertised- quick walk to beach with deck that has views of the ocean. The property was so clean when we arrived- and so much closer storage which is great when you are staying for a week! Bathrooms on each floor easy access to laundry. Dead end street was perfect for the kids to ride their bikes! Quick walk to dairy bar and Stones Throw restaurant and even to York Beach Beer Co! Great location for family vacation!

Beach house vacation

Amazing location, short walk to the beach, shops, and town. Quiet area with the amazing sounds of the ocean! Plenty of space for our group of 9.. (5 adults and 4 kids) The house was very clean and well-stocked! Very comfortable! Loved being able to take morning walks on the beach without having to drive and find parking. Easy walk to the town where you can find restaurants, ice cream, and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

This house had everything!

We have been staying in York Beach every year since I was born. We tried this house because my husband’s brother and teen son were joining us from Michigan. This house was neat, clean, had toys for my kids, (6&8), a very well stocked kitchen, a view of the ocean from two floors and more! It took us less than five minutes to walk to the beach and back. Easy check in and out. We will return!

Really great! Don't let the pics fool you!

We were hesitant because the pics made it seem small. Wow, were we pleasantly surprised! We really enjoyed this place. With 5 adults and 5 kids, we were very comfortable. It is clean, an easy walk to the beach, and the street is quiet. This house is equipped with everything you need. This is our 8th year renting, and our 4th house. Our favorite yet! Thank you Frank!! Hoping to rent for next year!

We love this property, this was a return trip - homeaway did not send us the door code and no one from homeaway was reachable - we called and text owner and prior to response realized a back window was open, screen easily raised and a smaller member of our group was able to gain access and unlock front door. Peggy responded within the hour and gave us the back door code. The new floors are beautiful however the cleaning crew did not vacuum or wash floors throughout. The toilets were not cleaned nor the upstairs shower. I vacuumed but did not wash floors immediately. I am telling you this not to complain as we really do appreciate the ability to rent this space, I am telling you so you can address with homeaway and with the persons you hire to clean. The tank of propane for the grill was empty, we did switch it over. We look forward to next year. Beth and Rick

Excellent location with more then enough space!

Had a great stay on long sands, the house was very clean and easy to use three bathrooms were key even when there was only four of us. The neighborhood was quiet especially considering how close it is to the beach. Just book it!

Wonderful stay

This is a beautiful property and always well maintained and efficiently appointed for beach enthusiasts. The proximity to the water and the comfort and thoughtfulness of the house layout make this a desirable location.
