Belle maison dans un excellent emplacement! 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Nouveau marché locatif!

NOUVEAU SUR LE MARCHÉ DE LOCATION dès le 16 JUILLET 2017! Situé dans un quartier souhaitable, à quelques minutes à pied d'une voie de droite privée au milieu de Long Sands Beach (par l'hôtel Anchorage). Adorable, mis à jour, 3 chambres, 2 cabines de bains. La maison peut accueillir 6 adultes ou 4 adultes et 4 enfants (plus d'enfants sont autorisés avec la permission du propriétaire). Parking pour 3 voitures. 2380 $ par semaine plus un dépôt de garantie de 500 $. Pas d'animaux et non fumeur. Envoyez un message au propriétaire si vous êtes intéressé par une location d'automne à long terme et si nous pouvons travailler sur un loyer mensuel. La plage est tout aussi belle en septembre et octobre!

Ouvrez le plan du premier étage avec des sièges confortables pour 9 personnes dans la cuisine / salle à manger. La propriété offre également un beau patio avec des sièges extérieurs et un barbecue à gaz.

Bénéficiant d'une tasse de café ou d'un bon verre de vin est parfait pour envelopper le portique du fermier. La propriété se trouve sur un terrain de coin tranquille sur une rue sans issue, ce qui permet aux enfants de faire des scooters ou de jouer juste devant la maison. WiFi et câble sont fournis et le salon a beaucoup de sièges confortables pour regarder la télévision. La chambre principale dispose d'une télévision intelligente et d'un futon pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire. Aussi dans la chambre des enfants, il y a une Nintendo Wii pour aider à garder les enfants amusés.

Wonderful Stay. Home owner was extremely pleasant.

House was spotless and a 5 minutes walk to York Beach. The home owner Caitlin was wonderful and we really appreciated her caring demeanor.

Lovely home and location!

Caitlin is a very accommodating host. The rooms were larger than expected, very comfortable, very clean, on a quiet street with a certain degree of privacy. The short walk to the beautiful beach is a bonus. Conveniently located, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport are a short drive away. Of course, Nubble Lighthouse is a must see too! We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend this property.

Great house and wonderful family time

We communicated with Caitlin before our arrival and she answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. Upon arrival, the house was extremely clean and pleasant. The porch is awesome (as described) for morning coffee and evening wine! We loved being able to walk to quickly walk to the beach and come back and forth as we pleased. A couple of things to note - we made lobsters one night (there is a lobster pot!) but no crackers. Also, if traveling with a family with kids, would recommend bringing a wagon for beach chairs/toys/towels/cooler/etc. or driving to drop everything off. It's not a far walk by any means, but with all of that stuff you need a few adults! There is a nice shed for storing the wagon/beach accessories for the week. We used the grill a few times and that was great. We enjoyed dinner one night at Stones Throw and it was delicious!

Great stay

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in York at this house. We loved how quick the walk was from the house to the beach on long sands and was just a quick drive to short sands. The house was even better than the pictures and the porch was perfect for having morning coffee and playing cards. There was everything you would need for cooking in the kitchen. We also loved how quiet and private the road was so our little one could go on walks with us and we didn’t worry about cars zooming by. Wonderful place to stay!

Great vacation!

What a wonderful vacation experience! The property was exactly as described and so clean and nicely decorated. The short walk to the beach allowed for nice family time and the neighborhood was friendly and welcoming. Long Sands beach was amazing. The view of the Nubble Lighthouse was a beautiful sight. All contact with the owner was helpful and timely. Can’t think of one complaint, except it wasn’t long enough. Looking forward to next year already! Thank you!!

Great house! Fantastic location.

My family and I came up for a week in Maine and were so happy we booked this house. The house is great for being together for a family meal and yet large enough for you to enjoy some quiet time alone. 5 minute walk to Long Sands and the trolley stop to go into Short Sands. The owner is accommodating and great to deal with. You can tell from the moment you walk in that this a home not just beach house for rent. The neighborhood is quiet and the porch is amazing to just sit and relax with a nice book and a glass of wine. My only reservation for leaving this review is that my week might not be available next year because everyone will learn how wonderful this house is LOL 😉

I grew up going to York Beach, Maine and have so many wonderful childhood memories from Long Sands Beach. Now with a family of my own, I wanted to keep the tradition of traveling to York, Maine alive for my three children. My husband and I love the neighborhood where our house is located and we finally had the opportunity to buy a house in 2017.

This property is in an amazing, quiet, beautifully maintained neighborhood, with many year long residents. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach down a very quiet road (with very little traffic). The neighborhood is very safe and the dead end corner lot offers children a safe place to play far away from traffic.

Our house has right of way access to a private throughway to the beach with very little traffic. The yard is very private. 2017 is the first year on the rental market!
