Cette casita de 900 piÂČ a Ă©tĂ© construite sur mesure en 2010 sur un terrain d'un acre. La casita est attachĂ©e Ă  la maison principale par une cour ouverte avec fontaine, un haut foyer de tour et un patio couvert. Venez profiter de cette belle maison d'hĂŽtes d'une chambre situĂ©e dans la rĂ©gion pittoresque du Nord-Est. Vous aurez votre propre accĂšs direct Ă  la casita.

Le spacieux salon / cuisine a des poutres apparentes, des comptoirs en granit et des détails de conception SW visibles dans les nombreuses arches et les sols entiÚrement carrelés. Une commode complÚte et un placard complÚtent la chambre. La salle de bain a une douche carrelée personnalisée et une laveuse et une sécheuse. Plafonds de 9 'et vue sur la montagne dans toute la propriété. La belle cour et le patio couvert se trouvent juste à cÎté de la porte du salon. Des murs d'intimité entourent tout notre terrain de 1 acre. Trois coins salons extérieurs vous permettent de profiter pleinement du beau temps ensoleillé de Tucson, de vous détendre autour du foyer ou de vous asseoir paisiblement sous les arbres mesquites surplombant une prairie,

I have stayed here several times and continue to enjoy everything about it. The owners are friendly but not intrusive. I enjoy the several seating areas in the huge landscaped yard. Interior comfortable and nicely decorated in regional theme. Stocked with everything you could need.

Great stay at the Very, Very Fine House! Hosts were great and the yard was amazing! Lots of hiking nearby and great birds in the backyard. House is extremely well-maintained and the furnishings were great! Dave and Ro are awesome hosts!

Everything about the casita was perfect. In fact, we thought it was even better in person than in pictures. The casita has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We loved being able to cook and relax in the evening. The bed was so comfortable. The back yard was lovely, and next time we’ll take advantage of the outdoor seating and hot tub. Every detail is thoughtful and beautifully made. I think we found our new go to “spot” in Tucson.

Garden is a desert oasis. Great to walk around for a quiet stroll. This is our third visit and still as good as the first time we discovered this gem.

The host was welcoming and happy to share suggestions for regional activities. A comprehensive notebook of instructions for the immaculate Casita was prominently displayed along with lists for restaurant suggestions. Regional maps and brochures were provided. Guests have access to a well-designed desert garden on the property for relaxation amid dappled shade of native vegetation.The Casita is well located in a quiet residential community with views of near-by mountains and proximate to areas affording hiking and sightseeing opportunities. We enjoyed a drive up Mt. Lemmon to ponderosa pine forests as well as several visits to Saguaro National Park east section for desert walking and, especially, for spectacular sunsets. Not far away is Sabino Canyon, a popular local hiking destination.We would happily return again.

Bird watchers delight

Amazing back yard with so many birds. Enjoyed our time on the patio. The casita is very comfortable and well appointed. Very convenient location to all the attractions we were interested, plus groceries and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to book there again.

A very very very fine house indeed

Such a comfortable, clean and well- equipped casita! Loved the hot tub, reading in the zero G chairs and swings. Lots of nature to enjoy and beautiful grounds to relax among. We will be back. David and Ro are great hosts, friendly, accommodating and gave us our space to just be.

Love this casita!

We really enjoyed our stay the property is so tranquil. Very close to fabulous hikes and golf. Hosts are very welcoming but totally give you privacy. Would definitely recommend A Very very very Fine house! Will stay again when we come to Tucson!

A fine house indeed

My husband and I VERY MUCH enjoyed at our stay at this casita. It was just as advertised. The unit had everything we needed and more. The property was just what we were looking for; quiet, natural setting, wildlife and birds to enjoy! The location was well-suited to visiting Sabino canyon and Mt Lemmon. Great food close by as well. We will be back!!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Have you ever rented a place that looked great on the web site only to find it lacking in person? The non-stick cookware is shot, or the shower drains so slowly you stand in dirty water, or there is a bucket in the living room catching a 'small' leak from the unit above? Well, as a traveler all three of these things have happened to me. I can assure you that this will never happen to you at our Casita. We live right next door. The premises are thoroughly inspected between each stay. Any issue that pops up while you are here can be taken care of immediately, or held off until you leave, if that's what you prefer. When you arrive, the home will be ready for you to enjoy every minute of your vacation.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

As a builder, I am proud of this home. From its unique architectural lines to its elegant southwestern decor, I believe the home is truly a special place. But the truth is, I could build this home anywhere. What really makes this home a complete joy to live in is the location. The home sits on one acre in a quiet, residential neighborhood. There is a solid 6' high privacy wall enclosing the entire backyard. This is about 1/2 acre. While it is very peaceful sitting in the home, the backyard offers a large covered patio with a gas grill, a water fountain with a bench, plus two other sitting areas with a mesquite tree canopy. To top it all off, the 'Tucson Table' area is tranquility at it's finest. Sit back, or lie back on the zero gravity chairs, and listen to the wind tickle the mesquite trees, hummingbirds proclaiming their territory, and the coyotes announcing the sunset - or sunrise - if you are up that early. We have spent many an evening watching the sunset across the majestic Catalina Mountains. With all the nooks and crannies, it never grows old.
