Conway Village. 12 guests can enjoy a memorable experience relaxing or nearby you can ski (1/2 mile from Cranmore), golf, hike, bike, tube, shop or walk (1 block to village center or Whitaker Woods)! Beautifully furnished and updated with upscale amenities; the addition has a 2nd kitchen and living space with 2 BR and 1 BA. Its beautiful, but not a party home, so please read house rules first.
Kearsarge Cottage is a 1920's home that underwent remodeling and renovations to provide the perfect combination of classic styling and modern comforts for your stay in this quaint town. We completed an addition in 2020 which added 2 BRs, 1 BA and an extra kitchen and living space. The exterior of the home features a marvelous wraparound porch that adds to its charm. The interior is tastefully appointed with comfortable furnishings, soothing decor, and all the amenities necessary to keep you at ease, such as laundry room and wireless internet access. Spend your mornings on the porch and enjoy cup of coffee in the rocking chairs or bistro table as your senses take in the beautiful sights and sounds of the area. Return home from a day of adventure and spend the afternoon unwinding indoors or enjoy a cool breeze in the yard, fire up the charcoal or gas grill, play some corn hole or start a fire in the backyard fire pit. You'll love the full kitchens, garnished with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that help even the most modest cooks feel like gourmet chefs. The attractive breakfast bar allows for conversation and quality time with your loved ones even while you're preparing a meal or just chatting. Later, cuddle up in one of 2 living rooms to take in a movie on the HDTV TVs with cable or pull out one of the many board games for a different kind of fun. Want more action, walk one block to the center of the village for bars, restaurants, shopping (e.g., Zeb’s), village square, ice cream, play ground, scenic railroad, coffee shops…. We have a pack n play for the little one too.

Just want to be clear up front, this is not a party house. The town is trying to ban rental properties due to noise complaints and party houses and we don't want to be part of the problem. They adopted a noise ordinance with a $1000 fine (No noise from 10 PM to 6 AM). We have great permanent resident neighbors that are friends. Please always be respectful of our home and our neighbors, especially when using the fire pit in the evenings (we ask that you not use the fire pit after 10 PM). Further, no smoking, drugs or illegal activities are allowed. The original home has radiators throughout the house, so please be mindful of young children as the radiators can get very hot. Air conditioning is provided through window units distributed through the house during the summer. The new addition attached to the house has central air heating and cooling. Well behaved dogs are welcome with an additional $50 pet fee per stay.

Everything you could need and even a little you didn’t know you needed… well equipped kitchen with all of the staples and more. The porch over coffee with the morning sun was perfect. Easy walk to town and nearby to hiking and storyland.

Perfect home for a small family reunion/gathering. 5 bedrooms and even a small separate apartment with extra kitchen, which was perfect for a small family with kids. Walkable to coffee shops and Zeb’s general store! Quiet neighborhood.

Great house and location
Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and the house was very close to downtown. The house had plenty of space for our family and it was nice to have the multiple units as needed (door separates them). The owners were very responsive if we needed anything. We'd definitely stay again!

We had a big group of family stay ranging in ages from 1-65. Everyone had plenty of space. The house was clean and comfortable and well stocked. Tom was very accommodating, responsive and hospitable. Great location! Walking distance to everything. We had a great time and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great stay!
We had a great experience with this house and highly recommend it! There are 2 kitchens, which made hosting Christmas dinner easy for us. Also nice to have the extra refrigerator. The house was well stocked and very clean. Tom was great with communication and we would definitely stay again! A very easy walk to town and plenty of parking in the driveway.

Great location, adorable home
The house was everything we wanted and more! Location was great- easy walk to town. The space was so nice! We didn’t need 2 seperate living spaces/kitchens but it was great to have room to spread out. There were plenty of beds for our group of 10 and we never felt crowded. Kids loved the game closet and adults loved enjoying coffee on the front porch. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful with tips on what to do in the area. Would recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in North Conway.

The accommodations were very comfortable. The main living room was a perfect play area for our 2 and 3 year old granddaughters and their toys. We were a large group and appreciated having 2 kitchens and 2 living areas, and the large dining room table to gather around. The kitchens were well stocked, and there were plenty of towels. The front porch was the perfect place to enjoy a coffee, or to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The location of this house is perfect, an easy stroll to the N Conway village, with its playground, railway station, shops and restaurants.

Great In-town Location
There were 12 of us, plus our dog. We all have our favorite things to do, so we go our separate ways in the a.m., and we all get together for supper and hanging out at the firepit at the end of the day.
This place worked great for us, it's only two blocks to downtown, and the 9 & 12 year old's loved being able to walk there by themselves. Actually, so did the rest of us.
Very clean place with a great, spacious porch to relax on.

Perfect house for our family trip
We stayed in Tom's house for 3 nights with our two married kids and 5 grandchildren aged 2-5. First time vacation together and we did Storyland, Conway Scenic RR in addition to the very walkable town green and playground! It couldn't have been better!. The house is quiet, very comfortable and our 3 granddaughters (5,5 and 3) loved the "gazebo porch' for a tea party. We would definitely stay here again! There is even a free EV charging station at the Home Suites by Hilton near the Hannaford!

Tom and Nori live near Washington DC, but found themselves visiting N. Conway many times a year visiting good friends. We would ski, hike and enjoy tubing down the Saco River. Each visit we found more to do and see. We decided to purchase a home in this quintessential New England town North Conway. We love our home and our N. Conway friends and neighbors. Tom manages the property to ensure we get good guests. We have worked hard and invested many hours making the home a destination and others would want to return to.

We love all that North Conway has to offer and this home is perfectly situated just over a block from the center of the Viillage, 1/2 mile to Cranmore ski resort, a few blocks from hiking/cross country skiing trails in Whitaker Woods, the famous Scenic Railroad Station and so many other great attractions. There is also tax free shopping outlets a few miles away. Diana Baths likely the most famous attraction is 2-3 miles away. There is so much to see though within walking distance.

It is a beautiful remodeled 1920's home with the classic New England house design. There is a large farmer's wrap around porch which is poplar with sitting in the rocking chairs and watching the sun go down over the Moat mountains. There is also a nice bistro table on the porch for your morning coffee. The large back yard has grilling options and a large fire pit with Adirondack chairs . The original attached barn was torn down long ago. In its place is a modern addition with the original mudroom attaching both new and old homes. The addition built in 2020 offers a second living area, gourmet kitchen, 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom. This offers a great place for families or large groups to spread out.
