Thank you so much for your review and for staying with us again! We truly appreciate your continued trust in our company. We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the elevators. I did personally check with the HOA Board, and they have already ordered the necessary parts for the elevator repair. Unfortunately, one elevator being down during peak season can certainly create longer wait times than normal. Typically, Aqua is known for having some of the fastest elevators on the beach, and the Board is working diligently to get everything back to normal as quickly as possible. Regarding the air conditioning, we would never want any guest to be anything less than completely comfortable. I personally like my AC at 68 degrees, and we work very hard to ensure all of our condos have excellent cooling systems. If the air conditioning is ever not performing properly during your stay, please give us a call right away. We can typically have it serviced, repaired, or even replaced very quickly if needed. Unfortunately, we were unaware of the issue until receiving your review, and we always appreciate the opportunity to make things right while our guests are still in-house. As the number one property management team on the coast, our goal is always to provide a five-star experience and ensure every guest is comfortable, happy, and making wonderful vacation memories.
