LONG TERM RENTAL. Rental rates are based on current GSA daily lodging per diem. Newly renovated and furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom luxury condominium on lovely St. Simon’s Island. Excellent location, just off the 10th green and one block from the Sea Palms Resort, 5 miles to the nearest beach,village and lighthouse, 2 miles from historic Fort Frederica National park, bike/hiking trails are near that take you throughout the island. Island shopping and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. The condo is designed and furnished with your comfort in mind so that you can relax and enjoy your stay. The unit features brand new appliances including washer and dryer, new furniture, big screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen and two large bedrooms with walk-in closets and two full bathrooms with luxurious showers.The condo is wired for the 21st century with several USB charging ports and high speed wireless internet. The swimming pool is adjacent to the condo and the spacious grounds are beautifully landscaped with a mixture of mature oak and palm trees. A covered parking space comes with the condo and there is plenty of parking for additional vehicles. Once you get here, you will not want to leave.

Beautiful Retreat

We rented this beautiful condo for 10 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Todd and Janet were excellent hosts making us feel welcome from the first minute we stepped through the door. The attention to detail to make sure our needs, as well as our fur babies needs were met was impressive. The condo was spotless with wonderful decor. The view is fantastic with all the windows giving it a penthouse feel. Looking out at old Live Oaks and the golf course completes the atmosphere. St Simon’s Island itself is a Southern retreat that speaks to the soul. It makes you feel good inside with its quieter pace and lack of big commercial presence. Even so there is no shortage of excellent dining on the Island. The beach is pristine and unadulterated. The bike paths are a wonderful plus. We can’t say enough about our experience.

The property has been newly renovated inside with all state of the art appliances. The kitchen and living areas are open concept which makes it perfect for entertaining and the plus sized bedrooms provide plenty of room for families to rest and relax in paradise. The sun room and balcony provide views of the beautiful grounds. The covered parking helps protect your vehicle from the elements. The pool is just steps from the condo and the perfect place to relax after a long day. There are plenty of walking and biking trails located at the entrance to the neighborhood.
