The issues you mentioned with the squeaky bed frames, the bunk bed stability, and the blanket condition are not up to our standards, and we’re addressing these with our maintenance and housekeeping teams right away to ensure everything is properly repaired, reinforced, and inspected. We’re also looking into the hot water and dishwasher performance to make sure the system is functioning correctly and consistently for future guests—especially so features like the soaking tub can be fully enjoyed as intended.
