This is a great property and location! Everything was as advertised. Only a few steps to the beach and short walk/drive to great local food. Check in was extremely easy and communication with host was timely. We would highly recommend this for a couple looking to get away and relax. Has everything you need.

Five Stars is not enough

From the booking process and throughout our stay we were very happy. When we arrived it was just like the pictures on the web site. Best location on the best beach in our opinion. It is within a short walk to several great dining options. We have stayed in multiple VRBO rentals, and I must say the bed in this one was the most comfortable. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Great stay!

Great location..walking distance to numerous restaurants and a casino. Ocean comes right up to back steps. Very quiet place...we only saw a handful of other people in the condo all week. Great AC and nice size TV. We had zero problems getting ubers within minutes every time.

It is an Enchanted Jewel for Couples

We rented it for 10 days in Feb, 2017. The condo is in excellent condition! Tastefully designed and decorated. Everything is new and of high quality. From bed to the kitchences appliances, from shower to huge TV. We always slept with balcony doors open to hear the waives. No need to turn on the AC. My wife and myself, we made a good use of beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. The building is right on the beach.We will be back, so please, please keep this condo the way it is.:)

Great escape from winter time blues

The apartment was a wonderful getaway. The location was beachfront and the beach was never crowded. It was wonderful to open the slider/bedroom windows & listen to the surf every evening. We slept great! We could walk to many restaurants in Isla Verde and it was a short ride to old San Juan. We used Uber a lot & never had a problem. One very nice feature is the apartment comes with a parking spot inside the gated community if you decide to rent a car (which we did). Parking on the street would be a headache. We would definitely stay hear again. Just FYI - the apartment is very close to the airport which is good in one way but you can also hear and see them takeoff all day/evening which can be very loud.

Bed bugs

The location was okay and the place looked like the pictures for the most part. Looking back I thought the black spots on the curtains were mold/mildew but I’ve been getting bite marks the last couple days (the day after we got back) and pulled a bedbug off of me last night. Now I have to spend the next few days of my vacation (I took another flight to visit family) laundering all our clothes, cleaning the rental car and hope to God it doesn’t infest our houses. I’m never staying in a VRBO again.

Great location and beautiful beach!

Overall, our stay was good! We had some issues checking in. The housekeeping wasn't finished yet, so we were not able to get the keys. This delay wasn't communicated to us so we were waiting trying to get ahold of someone. There had been some work going on in the unit because of the AC unit. The one wall was torn apart and we were not made aware of this until we were checking in. There were some issues with the elevators while we were there as well. One elevator never worked and the other only worked part of the time. The balcony and view was great! The beach was really nice as well.

Comfortable and Tranquil!!

The cozy beautiful apartment was exactly as advertised and tastefully decorated - beach chic! The views from this beach front property are superb and tranquil with easy access to miles of beach for early morning walks and swimming. Since several major hotels share the miles of beach, rentals are available for other water activities. Walgreen's is two blocks away and the Isla Verde Avenue is close by with major hotels (El San Juan) and restaurants (Chili's etc.) I highly recommend Metropol restaurant for delicious local food! Metropol delivers and also has an online app. My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We rented a car from Enterprise at El San Juan Hotel for our sightseeing excursions. The manager Carmen Medina and the owner, Hector Guerrero were readily available and responded to our concerns about the slow shower drain. We have stayed at several VRBO and Homeaway properties and this rental is one of the best! We have added this unit to our short list of repeat rentals and plan to return later this year.

5 star view and location

We have been to PR before and stayed a few miles west of here. Check in was seamless. This location is primo. 1) Its a quiet location. Zero traffic noise from Isla Verde Ave. 2) If you are going to Fajardo or San Juan, its a quick hop on 26. 3) Nearby restaurants less touristy and really good. The views are spectacular. You wake up to a gorgeous sunrise. Condo itself is updated and has everything you need to cook. No icemaker, so pickup a bag of ice from the mercado. Closet has beach chairs, cooler and a few other beachy things. Walls are concrete, you dont hear any noise from any neighbors. Protip: With the AC turn on the dehumidifier mode (looks like rain droplets icon). It lowers the humidity and you dont have to turn it down as much. Plus is quieter. Grew up in an area like PR and most people dont know this. Please be kind. There are many residents living in the building and they are all super nice :)

BEAUTIFUL CONDO, FANTASTIC VIEWS, SUPERB LOCATION!

Condo is just as pretty as the pictures show. You will be impressed. The location is right on the water. Have coffee each morning on the balcony with the sea breeze and sunrise. Walk out the back door onto the beach. Or walk 5 min to the resort hotels, more beach, casinos, and restaurants. Location is perfect! You have the best of both worlds in this location, a quiet beach on one side and the tourist beach on the other side. If you want to impress your spouse with 5 star accommodations and a romantic setting this is the place. Hector and Carmen will treat you right. Very accommodating and flexible. Walgreens nearby is you forgot anything. Rent a car and head to El Yunque rain forest (1 hr). Make sure you take the short hike to La Mina Falls and jump on in. Fantastic. Take bus #T5 or #53 to Old San Juan (25 min) for 75 cents each way. Great restaurants, shops and Castillo San Felipe del Morro. This is where we will stay when we come back...soon. Great condo, poor management

First, let me say that this is a very nice condo. The bed was comfortable, the view was fantastic and the beach chairs/cart/luggage stands were a nice touch. Great kitchen--we cooked breakfast and enjoyed espressos every morning. As a property/location by itself, I'd give it 5 stars. Our problem was with the management. The stated check-in time was 3pm and we arrived in PR at 3:30pm. I called "Kelly" from the airplane to let them know we were on our way: No answer. I called Carmen at the backup number and was told that the maid was on her way. No problem we thought, we can just go to the store and get groceries and meet her afterwards. After numerous phone calls both to Kelly and Carmen, Kelly finally showed up at 6:45pm. We literally sat in our car, in the dark, for 2 hours waiting for her to show up with the keys. Not a good way to start our supposedly relaxing vacation. When leaving, we were supposed to meet Kelly at 1:15pm to hand back the keys, but she called at the last minute saying she was in the hospital and couldn't make it. We had to go down to the parking lot, open the electronic gate with the remote, then go back upstairs to lock the door and throw the keys through a small window. I try to be a reasonable person. I understand that problems can happen--traffic, car accidents, hospital visits, etc. But if the key delivery process has a single point of failure, perhaps the owners should look into alternative ways to deliver the keys/instructions and/or have a backup plan. No HomeAway property owner should ever leave their guests sitting in a car in a dark, unfamiliar neighborhood for hours. It's just inexcusable. I'm taking 2 full stars off my rating just for the frustration this caused.

Thank you for the review. That help us improve our management. Future Guest: Check-in and check-out process was changed and therefore, does not rely on someone delivering the keys. Now, we have installed a lockbox on the outside of the complex with a 4 digit code, so guests can pick up the keys whenever they arrive, even at 2AM, etc. That is a huge improvement for the easiness of our guests.

Die sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist im 8.Stock, direkt am Strand mit herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Morgens kann man den traumhaften Sonnenaufgang auf dem Balkon genießen. Bei Rückfragen, wie Wäschewaschen ist die Vermieterin sofort erreichbar und immer sehr hilfsbereit.

My stay was good. I love the location of this condo. The room was smaller than expected and the building could use some updating. The elevator was broken so we had to keep walking up many flights of stairs which was annoying . Great location and Carmen was extremely accommodating .

Great first couples trip!

It was our first time traveling out of the US and we were so thrilled with this property. The view was incredible. there were some issues with the AC but Carmen contacted me before we even checked in to let me know & to tell me maintenance was going to come out. Overall really really nice. And would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! The check-in process feels like it could use some updating, it was a little complicated, and backwards. Other than that, the communication was great, and an overall wonderful experience!

Beautiful and perfect location

Walking distance to everything you would need, a short cab or Uber ride away from Old San Juan and the airport which was super convenient. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch were my favorite part. The trip was for our honeymoon and we definitely made memories we will never forget! Thank you!

Overall, the apartment was as pictured and waking up to the sunrise and waves crashing every morning followed by a walk on the beach was my favorite part of the vacation. Felt safe the whole time and there is great security on site and in this community! Would definitely stay again.

This property was just what we expected. The view was amazing! We had everything we needed for our stay, close to restaurants etc. The beach was right out the back of the property. We loved seeing the birds flying by the large windows. Would definitely recommend.

Great location!

The balcony is the best part! I loved sitting on it every day. Even when we had a rainy day, we were still able to sit on it and enjoy the view. Everything is as shown in the listing. The building is quiet and you cannot beat the location -- you have two beaches steps from the building and it's walking distance to just about anything you'd need.
