Belle unité 2/1 rez de chaussée - terrasse couverte. Entièrement remodel�� avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils haut de gamme. Situé au coeur de la rue Augustine Beach à quelques maisons de la plage. Clôturé dans la cour / Animaux acceptés. Internet sans fil!

Ce concept ouvert entièrement rénové 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain est parfait pour vos vacances. Idéalement situé au rez-de-chaussée! Préparez vos repas dans la belle cuisine avec des appareils haut de gamme. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size. Les deux chambres ont une télévision à écran plat! Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon qui porte l'occupation totale à 6. Cette unité dispose également d'une cour arrière clôturée ainsi que d'une douche extérieure.

This rental was perfect for my family! Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the pier meant we could enjoying walking to our activities. This space has perfect upgrades that make it beautiful and functional. We had all needed towels, linens, and cookware. I would stay here again!

Incredible beach vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location to the beach and within walking distance to many fun restaurants. We traveled with our dog and the fenced in yard was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location; Unit was clean and had everything we needed, including a small private fenced area for our 2 little dogs. Plenty of room for everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Cute, compact and convenient!

We had 4 adults (2 couples) stay a long weekend. The place was updated, clean and truly only steps from the beach! It’s definitely on the small side, but we didn’t hang out there much - there are so many restaurants and places to go so close by we pretty much just showered and slept at the house. The fenced back yard was great for our dog too!

Weekend getaway

Condo was just what we needed for our long weekend in St Augustine. Clean and close to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop. Great for a small family and would use again / recommend to others for future trips!

Great location and place. Wife and I vacationed with our 2 year old and dog. We loved it. This beats staying at a hotel room. The property managers at the vacation all rental office were very friendly too!

Location is perfect. Everything was good. Only one suggestion is to have a gate on top of the stairs so the dogs can enjoy the outside patio.

Great Location

This property is great for older couple or young family. Very clean and accommodating and exceptionally close to beach and restaurants on a1a beach Blvd. Only negative I have is that living room furniture could use ottoman or other end tables but great property!!

Unit was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable, a lot of storage/closet space, and more than enough towels and linens. Wish there was a light in the back yard.

Nice modern pet friendly beach house.

This is a nice place to stay and great for pets too. I felt it wasn’t cleaned well, and it was a little inconvenient that you have to go out the front door to get to the back yard. It is the 5th house from the beach and a good location.

Sorry you felt you needed to give the property 3 stars. In your review it sounded like you had a great stay. If you felt the house was not cleaned to your satisfaction, we would have sent the housekeeper back. We have had the same housekeeper for nearly 10 years and she has always done an excellent job for us and our guests. This is a great beach house right in the middle of all the action on St Augustine Beach!
