New Stilt Home on quiet canal with wrap around porch.

3/3 elevated home built in 2022 on quiet canal on the north side of Crystal River. 10 min boat ride to Crystal River and 20 min to gulf of Mexico. Wrap around porch with ceiling fans and large 3 pane sliding glass door. There is a floating dock to tie up a boat if you would like to bring one. Parking for two vehicles under the house. Two Kayaks available. All linens and towels provided.
Master bedroom has queen bed and bathroom has a large walk-in shower. First bedroom has queen bed with shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with a tub/shower in the bathroom. Washer and Dryer upstairs. High speed internet from Spectrum.

We arrived to a clean property that was just as it appeared in the listing. Home is in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to make use of the floating dock for our boat. Canal was easy to navigate and get out to the main river to the gulf. Julie & Patrick were very nice & helpful if we needed them. Daughter & grandson used the kayaks provided. Great stay!

Crystal River Home

We have stayed at the owners’ previous rental multiple times with great success. This is no different! A brand new well appointed home with simple check in and check out. The location is quick and easy access to the river. The commercial ice machine is a plus for filling coolers for the boat. I highly recommend.

Great location and great home!

My wife and I had a great time. We rented a boat from the state park and it was the best thing ever! The home is in a great quiet location right by absolutely breathtaking walking trails and state parks. Only bad thing is at night the no see ums eat you up so dress appropriately or bring Deet.

Beautiful waterfront location

Doesn’t get much better than this! Brand new house with elevated view. Very quick access to Crystal River and great fishing. Five minutes into town. Owners were great!

Beautiful home and location

The house was clean, well-equipped and beautiful – simply impeccable! The hosts were super helpful and easy to contact. The location was quiet yet comfortable with close access to Crystal River. The floating dock, the kayaks and the access to river was wonderful, and we spent our days in outdoor activities spotting manatees and wildlife.

Great house for a getaway on the nature coast.

This is a great house. The neighborhood was very quiet during our stay. It is just north of downtown Crystal River-very accessible to everything. Excellent place to relax.

Fun & lovely Crystal River retreat

New waterfront home on canal, excellent condition, well stocked kitchen, 2 kayaks available for use, and fishing gear as host is avid fisherman. Peaceful setting next to 2 state parks,— one with interesting musuem and Indian mounds, good hiking in area. Very comfortable for our senior family vacation,— went swimming with and viewing the manatees nearby,— quite a treat as they were out in large numbers during our stay. Patrick was cordial, responsive, helpful and provided informative sheet re house instructions, & area activities & restaurants. We had a terrific time and would love to return,-definitely recommend!

This neighborhood is quiet, secluded, and close to where we live.

Our property is an elevated stilt home, we like relaxing on the large back porch facing the water. Alligators, otters, turtles, birds, and the occasional manatee and dolphin are pretty neat to see.
