Beautiful 3-2 Waterfront Home Solar Pool & Ice Machine

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath canal front home which is perfect for a family getaway. It sleeps 10 people at an affordable price with lots of amenities to make you feel more like our house guests than vacation renters!

The house has an open concept kitchen, dining room and sunken living room. The kitchen is fully stocked so plan to make some great meals to eat at the large dining room table, the breakfast nook or poolside. If you prefer to grill, the “grill master” can choose to use the large flat top gas grill or the smaller charcoal grill.

There is a split bedroom arrangement. The master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding glass doors leading to the pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top. There is a full mattress under the bed that can be pulled out if needed. The closet is stocked with toys and games so we like to call this the “kids room.”

The private solar heated pool (chilly during winter months) is enclosed by a spacious lanai with ample seating for the whole family to eat, sunbathe, watch the kids swim or read a good book. If the night is a little chilly you can sit by the fire in the separate outdoor patio.

After you launch your boat from the public boat ramp across the street, it’s only a short ride to the canal where you’ll find the dock and floating dock. Fill your beverage & fish coolers with ice from our 250lb ice machine and you're on your way. Please note that the canal can get shallow during low tide but I was able to easily maneuver my 27’ boat to the deeper water.

Restaurants, shopping and the historical town are just a few minutes away. Crystal clear springs, nature trails and parks are close by for the outdoor lovers.

This is where you want to stay in the summertime for some great scalloping, the winter time to see the manatees and to escape the cold if you’re snowbirds and all year long for some phenomenal fishing!
