Important to note that The office at this Gated community needs to know that you are coming 15 days before you arrive. Be sure when you book this magnificent place that your check-in date is at least 17 days away so we have time to fill out your paperwork and send it to the office on premises, without any issues. When you arrive and would like to use the clubhouse, and their amenities they will charge you $20 per person on the lease for use of their facilities and that will cover your entire stay. 28 day minimal rental for February and 30 day minimal rental for the rest of the year.
