Best value for a private pool house in all of Venice! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home feels brand new. Everything has been updated and a heated saltwater pool installed in 2020, including a lanai and privacy landscaping for outdoor relaxing and enjoyment. A short walk to shops and restaurants. Less than two miles from Venetian Waterway Park. Six-minute drive to downtown shops and dining, 2 more to Venice beach! Extra parking area available for cars, boat, RV, etc.

If this is your first visit to Venice or if you are a seasoned Venice visitor, you owe it to yourself to be pampered and enjoy all Venice has to offer. Seabird is quiet, comfortable and convenient to beaches, shopping, restaurants and some of the best golf courses in Florida! Boat rental is available at the marina only 3miles from your door.

A supply of toilet paper and basic soaps are provided upon arrival. Replenishments are the responsibility of guests.

Best Vacation Rental in Venice Florida area

We have been renting vacation homes in the Venice area for over 12 years and this place ranks right at the top. The place was super clean and well equipped. Great location as well to downtown Venice.

Amazing Experience and Property!

We stayed for two weeks with our family and had an incredible time. Scott (the owner) was so attentive and super nice. The pool was awesome and you feel like your in your own little oasis. Would highly recommend this beautiful gem!

Venice is a lovely place to vacation

So much to do in charming Venice. The weather was perfect allowing for lots of outdoor time and activities. The home is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and theater. The home was well-appointed with comfortable beds and updated upholstered furniture as depicted. We also very much enjoyed the pool.

Clean and comfortable

The pictures don't lie, this house has everything you might need, clean comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Older, recently renovated home in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to several beaches, historic downtown Venice and shopping.

The Seabird Pool Home was just perfect for my family and me. It was close to the areas that we needed to be close to.We had a couple of hiccups in the being and Scott the owner replied back to me quickly. Pool was a big hit with my grandkids and the whole family. Area was very quiet, which is great.Not far from the beaches we were visiting, alot of restaurants in the surrounding area. We stayed for 2 weeks and we enjoyed Scott's place very much. Thank you Scott for letting us stay in your rental. We would definitely stay again.

Venice Beach House

Everything was perfect! Great communication with host. House was clean and in a great location. My boys played baseball with a collegiate league. The house was a great place to relax after long days of baseball. The pool was clean and provided a great place to cool off during hot days.

Very nice place

We rented this house for our family vacation (2 adults and 2 teens). Property is clean and in very good condition. Pool is very nice. We were very pleased to find out that house is truly located less than 10 minutes away from multiple beaches. Host is very nice and responsive and addressed issue with garbage disposal very quickly. We'll be back.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Seabirds Pool House. It was a quiet neighborhood with beautiful landscaping that gave us privacy. The screened in pool was the crowning gem for us. The house was well maintained and was well supplied with kitchen utensils, hangers, beach chairs and a drying rack. The owners Scott and Kim made sure we had many start up supplies like soap, tissues in all rooms and paper towels. Scott was very responsive to any questions we had.

Nice Stay!

This was a great place to stay for 2 months. The pool is really nice. We did bring our own folding lounge chairs to sit in lanai. Very clean. Lots of open space inside the home and adequate dinnerware and pans. The extra parking space worked out great when we had guests. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to walk or bike to downtown Venice or the Legacy Trail. Property mgr/owner was quick to respond to my questions. I hope they upgrade to a gas grill as I would have preferred that to the small charcoal grill they provided, but we made it work. Adequate laundry facilities. Two full bathrooms was handy too. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here as it was centrally located to several nice beaches.

Open home with space for our family to relax. We love VeniceFL. Sarah was quick to respond to our needs. The landscaping is beautiful and hells keep the property more private. The two parking spots were nice. We’ll be back someday🌴

Great Place. Great Location!

Initially ,not being too tech savvy, we had an issue with the Nest Thermostat. But it was remotely set by Sarah and we had a very comfortable stay the rest of the month. (We eventually learned how to control temp !). The pool was fabulous. Very easy to get to downtown and beaches !

A wonderful time in a great place! FIVE STARS.

The pictures did not do this gem of a property justice. The interior was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the exterior was beautifully well kept and landscaped, and the poolside lanai — where we spent most of our time — was private and relaxing, with a beautiful view of the lush, green back yard. A shed provided security for our bikes, and there were 2 additional bikes and a pump provided for visitors by the homeowners, as well as pool mattresses, floaties for kids, and beach chairs. Linens and towels were clean and abundant, and there was more than ample closet space and storage cupboards for our supplies. The location was GREAT! Only a half mile to the Legacy Trail, a multi-use bike and walking trail that goes all the way north to Bradenton, and links into the Venice/Leachs Key trails that circumnavigate the city and key. The Venice beach is a straight shot through town, less than 1 1/2 miles away. Downtown Venice is a little over a half mile from the front door. Shopping is abundant and close by; Detweiler’s Farm Market is a “must see” for meats and produce, and their Cuban sandwiches and meatball subs are to die for. Publix supermarket is .7 miles away, Winn-Dixie about the same, and CVS only a few blocks northwest. If seafood is your thing, Left Coast Seafood has a steamer pot that is out of this world. The homeowners were attentive to our every need, and on top of any concerns we had. The A/C acted up one morning and was fixed THAT DAY before lunch. We really can’t say enough good things about their attention to detail and their willingness to respond promptly and reasonably to any and all concerns we had. All in all, this was a wonderful vacation at a great house, in a fantastic Sun Coast city and we will definitely be back.

Enjoyable Stay

My spouse and I spent a relaxing and enjoyable month in this comfortable, updated home. Internet/WIFI connectivity was excellent throughout the property, including on the outside rear deck. The updated HVAC system worked well as variable January temperatures required use of both Heat and A/C functions. The recently-installed salt water pool was a treat on warmer days. The home's location in the historic Edgewood section of "off-the-island" Venice is quiet and walkable with charming downtown Venice (and its many excellent restaurants) only a short drive away. Sarah and Mike are excellent hosts and responded immediately to any issues or questions we had. We very much look forward to our return trip to Venice next year.

A wonderful stay

The house is beautiful and has all the comforts to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are comfortable, the social areas are spacious, and everything is very well maintained. The house has a pool that my little boy loved. The hosts were attentive to any request on our part. I spent a great month with my family at Sarah and Mike's house and I recommend this property without hesitation.

Great pool, close to island

The hosts were extremely responsive with anything that came up. The house is clean and updated and the pool was amazing . It was nice to come home from beach and to be able to relax in the pool. The house is close to island (Venice) and is in a residential neighborhood. The lot has amazing landscaping with plenty of mature palm trees. The three bedrooms home allowed me to have friends drop in and my granddaughter to visit for a week.
