This home is 1100 sq ft plus the spacious screened in Lanai. On a quiet street just a short 10 minutes or less from local dining and area beaches. Great location nestled in the middle of 3 golf courses, and 5 minutes to the beautiful Venice downtown. 30 minutes from Sarasota Siesta Keys.
This house features a private pool with outdoor shower. The pool features cascading water spouts and night lighting, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
Newly remodeled (fall 2020) kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Freshly painted and new brick paved entryway.
Perfect for anyone looking for a get away near and far.

Great location and pool

Overall a great property for a family with kids. Pool was awesome (paid extra to have it heated). Some of the extra could be updated (pots and pans, linens, no grill tools) but we enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Easy drive to beach and grocery store.

Great little house that suited our family well. The pool was nice and clean and the kids loved to night swim!!! Overall a great little gem. Owner was very responsive and everything was in the house except for groceries!!!

Great place to stay and beautiful town!

This was a great rental for the family. I was a bit taken aback by the request to wash the linens at the end of vacation since we are required to pay a cleaning fee but that was the only negative thing I have to say about this place. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Lots to do in the surrounding areas and Venice beach is bliss. Angelo’s has amazing authentic food, you must try!

Family Christmas Vacation

We just got back from our visit, it was my husband, 9 year old daughter, my mom and my brother. We all had such a nice time! It was the perfect house for us all to have our own space but yet also spend time together in the kitchen, living room and pool areas. Such a wonderful home! Very comfortable, and all amenities that we needed were available. Close to beaches and great restaurants. We would love to come back for another visit!

Lovely home!

This is a delightful house that is inviting and relaxing. Check in was a breeze and the house was very clean. Pool is clean and there were even rafts and beach balls for our use! It is located in a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Beatriz, the owner, is responsive and friendly. My family and i had a wonderful stay, and we hope to return!

Well equipped

It was like a home away from home. This was a well equipped home. Felt like we were staying at a friends house. Beatrix kept in touch and was quick to answer any questions. Short drive to downtown Venice. Warm private pool with lots of shade. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!

Forida Family Trip

My family of 4 loved this home. It is situated in an established family neighborhood and I felt safe. Description and pictures of the property are accurate. Clean and well appointed home and pool. We loved the pool, kitchen, lanai and outdoor shower. Centrally located for many beaches and entertainment. Take my advice, book this vacation rental. No issues or problems at all. Beatriz is available and responsive + takes pride in providing this lovely home for all of us to enjoy.

Family Venice Vacation

The pictures do not do this home justice, it is super cute and was just right for my family of 5. The home was super clean and had all the amenities we could need from towels, wash clothes, beach towels, a nicely stocked kitchen (glasses, plates, silverware, etc.), and nice kitchen appliances. There were also pool and beach accessories in the garage that were nice to have. The pool was super clean and we enjoyed that everyday of our stay. The covered lanai was also nice to have. There is plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe and sets close to golf courses. I could go on and on about this home it was that great. I've rented several homes off of VRBO and this one is definitely one of the nicest and affordable ones I've rented. The property owner Mrs. Sanchez is wonderful and very easy to get ahold of, with quick response time. She has taken great care to make sure you feel at home in her families home while you are here. I would definitely rent this home again!

Our stay in Venice

It was very easy to locate and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean and had all the needs anyone would need away from home. Liked the keypad at entry, didn’t have to pick up keys and return them. Pool was awesome and enjoyed it greatly. Actually making plans to rent again when we find out our daughter’s plans for Christmas. Enjoyed!!!

Sorry to hear you had an unpleasant stay. Unfortunately, aside from my best attempts things happen. Unaware of the landscape issues. Guest was refunded for part of the stay as a curtesy. I am an extremely attentive host and do my very best to accommodate and rectify concerns.

Very enjoyable stay!

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable! Check-in was very easy, and it was so nice to not have to keep up with a key! The house was so nice and clean, and nicely updated! The living room furniture was comfortable, and we spent many an evening in front of the fabulous big screen TV! The king-sized master bed was VERY comfortable, and it sure was nice having a TV in there as well! The bed in the 2nd bedroom is very firm, so I couldn't use it as I have back issues. But those who like a firm mattress will love it. No TV in this room. The 3rd bedroom does have a TV, but not a closet. The twin bed was comfortable, and the futon was a nice addition! The kitchen is very small, but nicely updated with the biggest sink I've ever seen- so nice for those bigger items! It's also pretty well stocked, but the lack of a pantry made storing anything very difficult. The dining room table is one of those high ones, and as I have back issues and my mother had a hard time getting onto them, we didn't use that table much except for extra counter space. There is a beautiful table and chairs on the lanai, but there were several nights when it was either too warm or too cool to be out there, so it would have been nice to use the table in the house. The pool is beautiful! A nice size, and the outdoor shower was great! Even though we paid to have it heated, there were still many days we couldn't use it. Darn Florida weather! The best part of this house was the owner, Beatriz. What a sweet lady! We had several issues while staying at the home, and Beatriz was amazing about communicating and getting them resolved as soon as possible! She even sent us towels when we mentioned there weren't enough! All she wanted was for us to be happy, and she did all she could to achieve that! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes drive from restaurants, shopping, and groceries! And less than 5 mi from the beach! Renters will be impressed with the beachy decor- it's obvious a lot of thought and care has gone into it! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much! And extra thanks to Beatriz for everything!

Wonderful stay on winter holidays

Ideal Property for Families!

This location was perfect for our young family. My girls loved waking up early to swim and end each day with another dip in the pool. It couldn't have been more convenient! Having a master bath for the parents' room was ideal too. Everyone had enough space to relax, play and sleep comfortably. The home was close to the beaches and downtown Venice. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with during our stay. Highly recommend!
