This is such a great little home. We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament and it was so much closer to the park than any hotel and we gained space and an outdoor area that we wouldn't have gotten at a hotel as well. Very clean, cute, and accommodating. Next tournament I would 100% stay here again.

Loved this charming little place. We were in town for a soccer clinic a short drive away and enjoyed the patio space and ease of making meals in the well stocked kitchen. It was hot while we were out in town but this place was cool and comfy. Each night our son would practice his skills in the yard while fireflies danced all around. It will be a memory I will carry always.

Great place to stay.

This was a wonderful place for a short stay. The only issues we encountered were one stained sheet that was on the queen bed., the mattress in the main bedroom was too soft, and the mattress in the spare bedroom was too hard.

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Lori Reavis

Image de profil de l’hôte
Hi, I’m Lori! I live nearby in Roscoe and have been a licensed REALTOR in Illinois and Wisconsin for over 30 years. My passion for real estate comes from a deep-seated belief that a home is a true expression of who we are, and I find great joy in helping others find their perfect space.

I’ve been a Vrbo host since 2023, and it has quickly become the most fun I’ve ever had. I currently manage two properties located right next door to each other, each uniquely themed to offer a distinct, fun-filled experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a vibrant home base, I love sharing these spaces with my guests. I truly hope you’ll choose one of my homes for your next stay—come on over, settle in, and relax!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I grew up on this very street, spending my childhood here surrounded by my cousins, who lived here as well. It was a formative time in my life filled with love and endless fun. Although my family members have since moved away, my father is incredibly proud that I chose to return to this neighborhood and share this special place with others.

I chose this neighborhood because of its quiet, welcoming atmosphere and the wonderful sense of community. It offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, providing a peaceful retreat while still keeping you close to everything you need. I personally enjoy the natural beauty of the area and the friendly neighbors who make this such a lovely place to stay.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property stands out because of the meticulous, personal attention to detail infused into every room. Unlike a standard rental, this home was designed with the intention of providing a soulful, comfortable, and memorable guest experience that reflects the care I put into my own home.

As a dedicated host, this was my first project in Machesney Park, and I am proud to share that it sits right next door to my 2nd property. Having poured my heart, love, and genuine passion into both homes, I have created spaces that feel warm, inviting, and truly cared for. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share these homes with you and find so much joy in knowing that guests can create their own lasting memories here.
