SituĂ© dans le complexe populaire Duval Square qui comprend des restaurants, un salon de coiffure, une banque et un magasin pratique pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. The location and property were good. The unit faced the square with restaurants. The roosters crowed all through the middle of the night and it was very loud.

I deducted one star because you will be given only ONE key to get into the complex. It is extremely inconvenient when you are traveling with another couple. There were 4 of us. If you added another couple ( the unit sleeps 6), it would be a big problem.I deducted one star because there really isn’t enough seating in the living room area & because we have never stayed at a VRBO that was so lacking in amenities. There weren’t any spices or basic necessities for cooking.The hand soap & shampoo were the tiniest I have ever seen.

Great place in a quiet part of Duval!

We were a group of 4 and the accommodations were very comfortable. Place was clean and spacious with access to the pool being a nice bonus for chilling in the afternoons. Convenient for walking to any location on the island. We enjoyed our time!!!

Great spot close to the action but removed enough

We were a quick walk or golf cart ride from everywhere we wanted to go in Key West. The condo had all of the necessary amenities, and it was removed from the loud party scene. Booking, accessing and departing were very easy. The relaxing in between was a true delight. Thanks for a great accommodation.

One balcony and large patio outside. Such a fun location. Close to shops and restaurants. In the middle of everything but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was great and on the quieter part of Duval St.

The place was clean and stocked with extra towels and blankets. We enjoyed the location over looking the shopping square and the fact it was quiet at night. The only drawback was that the pull out sofa was small and extremely hard.

We gave our uber driver the address and were very confused when we were dropped off in front of a Circle K store and not really sure where to go. We followed the pics sent and were still confused on how to get our key. Thankfully a couple came along that lived there and let us in because we had the door code to get into the unit. Thankfully the hosts did reply quickly to explain how to get our key to the outer doors and garage key. The unit was nice, but the master would have been better with a king size bed instead of what seemed like a small queen. Everything in the bedrooms and bathrooms was clean but the downstairs floor (especially in the kitchen) was filthy. After walking around for 2 minutes, the bottom of our feet and socks were black with dirt. The unit is in a great location and very easy to walk everywhere. The pool was really nice and pool area too. We were informed after we got there that there would be garage work all week. So every morning we got to wake to noises of drilling and what sounded like a jackhammer at 8am. The noise was right under our unit, so that was a huge inconvenience.

Great property

Would definitely stay at this location again. Only note I had was the pullout couch was either for 1 adult or 2 children. Keep that in mind when looking at party mix. The property was clean, in a great location, and provided a lot of space for our group of friends.

Very clean and spacious rental, my wife suggested extra blankets? The weather was wet and cooler for this time of year but it didn’t stop seeing all the sites. The rental made everything very safe and secure from entry to parking.
