We are pet friendly and have a fully fenced in private backyard for your furry friends.
There's also a community boat ramp and fishing dock. Enjoy your morning or evening sight seeing dolphins and manatees out from the fishing dock.

With New Smyrna Beach being only 11 minutes down the road, Daytona Beach 30 minutes away, Disney and surrounding theme parks about an hour drive, and great restaurants in the surrounding area, everything is in arm's reach.

When its time for bed, we have hotel quality, 100% cotton sheets. Extra blankets and pillows are available. Make yourself a home and enjoy your stay complete with coffee/tea station.

Our #1 priority is your saftey and comfort. Although we have a large outdoor space our indoor space would be ideal for a max capacity of 4 adults and 2 kids. We ask that parties be no larger. Thank you.
