This quaint beach getaway accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the first floor in the back of the apartment. It's fitted with a queen size bed, a dresser as well as a closet for extra storage. The master bedroom is located on the second floor of the home and is fitted with a queen-size bed, a closet and a small, half ensuite bathroom. The final bedroom, fitted with three twins and one full sized bed, is located on the second floor and has a closet for storage. All bedrooms are equipped with window a/c units.

There are two bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The full bathroom is located on the first floor of the home and has a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom on the second floor contains a small(!) half ensuite bathroom.


☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM ☆☆

The kitchen area is small but mighty, and is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There's a dining table in the kitchen which seats 6. Note: Dining table has 4 chairs and a bench for 2 additional guests. All dining essentials are provided to enjoy a comfortable home-cooked meal at the table.

The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with a smart TV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. There is seating for 5 people in the living room. Living room equipped with window a/c unit for comfort!

This unit features a cozy sun room at the front of the home equipped with seating for 4. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and listen to the waves crashing!

The exterior area of this home boasts a (shared) patio out front with dining furniture for 6 people, as well as lounge furniture for 10. There is a private outdoor shower allowing guests to wash the sand off before heading back inside! There is a private gas grill for guest use year-round.

Please note this home is a duplex and has an identically-sized unit on the other side of the house. The outdoor area is considered a communal space for both units. Many larger families will book both sides of the duplex and find it's a great spot to call home base for the week. Please inquire about booking both sides of the home together for larger gatherings!

There are window AC units in each of the three bedrooms in the summer. We also have portable fans to use in the living room area.

Guests staying at this beach getaway have full access to all listed rooms and amenities.

This home is located in a welcoming, residential neighborhood. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and a unique code will be given to guests prior to check-in. Surfside has enough parking for two vehicles in the driveway.

- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

DOG GUIDELINES

- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.

- No dogs left home alone unless crated.

- 2 dog maximum. Please clean up after your pet. $150 pet fee per stay.
