EFFORTLESS – No guess work, we text and email the check-in details. No looking for keys, the door code allows 24-hour access. Electronic guest books provided prior to and during your stay.
AMMENITIES – Arrive to Starbucks coffee, a phenomenally outfitted kitchen that includes coffee bar, mixology bar, kids plates, cups, etc. Along with the necessities, like Insta-Pot and blender.
CLEAN – Our housekeepers are fantastic. But we never leave anything to chance, so our managers check the home before you arrive to ensure all the details were handled.
EXCELLENCE – Throughout your stay, you will have an ongoing communication from our amazing team who can provide local insights, take care of special requests, and handle any issues that arise during your stay swiftly.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines.
Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals which provide a service to their owners, for example seeing eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies.
Check-in and Check-out:
- Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.
- Upon arrival, you will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will emailed for electronic signature before check-in.
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
Guest must provide CC and ID that match for the reservation.
If you are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct, third parties do not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21, and no pets are allowed without permission in advance and applicable fees.
Please note, there is a camera out-front pointed towards the front yard and one in the back-yard pointed toward the pool for liability purposes.
- Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate of $125 per night of your stay.
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pools are outside, we have them set for the 88 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through April 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 2-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.
Please Note: If the police need to be called to the property for complaints of any kind, we will ask you and your guests to leave without refund.
Pets must be approved in advance.

Quiet Hours 10 PM - 8 AM
No VAPING of any kind in the house
No events with guests not staying at the house.
