The property was in a very peaceful residential street and it had everything we needed. 10mins from Disney and 40mins from Universal we chose the location because we love the area and there are plenty supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The host was great, really responsive and helpful pre visit. The property was well maintained, had every kitchen appliance you could need including an airfryer. It had way more space than we needed for a family of 4 with teenage kids and there was even a great games room in the garage. Our only recommendation (and its a minor one) would be to put in a pool fence so you dont need the door alarms. We know the alarms are a legal requirement but it just meant we couldn't leave a door open when accessing the pool area. The house was absolutely perfect for us and would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay and that the location, spacious layout, games room, and well-equipped kitchen helped make your vacation comfortable and memorable. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate your kind words about our communication and the care we put into the property. Thank you as well for your thoughtful suggestion about a pool fence. We understand your point, and while the door alarms are required for safety and to comply with local regulations, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback as we continue looking for ways to enhance our guests' experience. We're so pleased the home was a perfect fit for your family, and we would love to welcome you back on your next trip to the area! :)

Lisa was incredible. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and gave our family a place to call home during our Disney Vacation. It was very close to all the parks. Approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. We even got a grocery delivery from Walmart. The pool was clean and the heat was a worthwhile addition. The beds and furniture are quite comfy and the game room was fun for all ages. A stay for us and we would definitely stay again.
