Kona Mansions#225 is a wonderfully appointed property that has a phenomenal location.
Stunning ocean views, just steps from lively nightlife and the best of Island fare, this 2 bed, 1½ bath, beautifully updated condo awaits you. Enjoy watching boats, paddlers and soothing waves from your lanai, while sipping your morning coffee, or catch the legendary Kona sunset over an evening cocktail. Enjoy a short stroll to shops, restaurants, and a lively farmers market – no need to worry about driving or parking – or venture out to Big Island attractions from a prime location! At the end of the day, relax in the refreshing pool, and take advantage of pool-side BBQ facilities surrounded by lush Island flowers and wildlife.

This two-story, townhome-style condo opens into a spacious main floor, boasting a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and all new appliances. The modern kitchen, with ocean views, overlooks an open living space with large screen TV, and ample seating for the whole family. You will also find a washer and dryer, and spacious half bath on the main floor. (Sink and Toilet Only) Air Conditioning available on the Main Floor & Master Bedroom Upstairs! . No AC in the twin bedroom upstairs.

Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk in shower only(no tub) with gorgeous unique finishes. Travertine tile surround, vessel sink with remarkable wood carved features in the vanity. The master bedroom offers a large lanai with stunning ocean views, and a cozy table where you are invited to take in the beauty of the Kona coast. Relaxation Seating as well. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen Sized Bed. Everything you need for a memorable vacation is here!

Great Location, Very Clean... but hot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location next to all of the restaurants! We traveled with 80 year old parents and appreciated they could walk down to food if we went snorkeling for the day. The condo was very clean and updated. However, the AC is not what we are used to. The wall units are older and could be tuned up, we were never cool in the condo. The windows are wooden slats that have screens over them and do not close all the way so there was no way to get truly cool. However, the washer didn't drain and there was a repair person there right away, very helpful. Great location and very clean, but we were hot for 7 days.
