The Space:

When it's time to unwind, step into a meticulously renovated condo offering stunning views of Mt. Princeton! Accommodating up to four individuals, this contemporary and recently updated condo is ideal for families or friend groups. Whether you're planning a week-long retreat or a brief weekend escape, you won't find a more comfortable or conveniently located accommodation in Buena Vista.

📢 Notice: Exterior building work will begin at the property on October 6th. Crews will be completing improvements to the building’s exterior, so you may notice workers or mild daytime noise during the day. This work will not impact access to the unit or parking.

🚶 On Foot: The condo’s central location means you can easily walk to many of Buena Vista’s attractions, including the Arkansas River, downtown shops, restaurants, and parks. It's perfect for those who enjoy exploring on foot.



🚴 By Bike: Buena Vista is a bike-friendly town, with numerous trails and bike paths nearby. Enjoy a scenic ride along the river or through the town's picturesque streets.



🚌 Public Transit: While public transit options are limited in Buena Vista, the local shuttle service and regional buses can provide access to surrounding areas, including nearby mountain towns and trailheads.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
